Just completed this via barclays. I have gone for option 1 for whoever is interested. I really don't want anymore to do with ingenuity as it comes with a large amount of baggage - primarily MM's iron grip and myopic vision about this entity. Yes, i am gifting away potentially a large amount of investment to MM but tbh, at this stage and several years of agony later....i really want shot of it. ATB in all your personal choices.

LD, yup unfortunately. MM played many of us with that narrative of us small guys Vs the establishment and he, MM was going to stick it to them on our behalf. He is laughing all the way to the bank and will do for a while. Knowing full well many PI's will have invested in an ISA wrapper and not be able to maintain ingenuity stake, this separation is a clear way to get rid of the pesky small guys while keeping the main beneficiary of the profits from listing and remainco over the last few years.

All we PIs have left i the hope that going forward at least any profits from N and B divisions (or any part sale proceeds) will result in dividends. I will stick with this until i break even and will then gradually move my funds elsewhere to a more trustworthy company. Yes, we have been rightly done over. Anyone thinking not, is in a cult like trance worshipping MM. Charlton like most cult leaders tend to be in my view. ATB and this is my opinion only of course.

Got my letter from Boo. Too little, too late. Suddenly seeing shareholders as a consideration as an afterthought is laughable.

MA is no angel, but he can't destroy value anymore than this current lot. Yes, all MA wants for Christmas is Debs. But that's ok by me.

The problem with legacy reputation trumping performance is no matter how bad the performance, for some MS will always be a legend who can do no wrong.

Facts are despite the various undoubted talents and connections MS has, he has presided over performance in the company that is worse than peers.

At lot seems to be attributed to the various amalgamated/acquired companies having factional politics etc. May well be true, but MS presided over this, did he not? If unable to manage this behavioural problem, surely he needs to bring in some external help?

No one her his in a position to question his credentials as a highly connected asset to S4. But at what point does an apparent asset become a dragging weight? 95% value loss enough or does one need to lose 100% before ones wisdom can be questioned?

Crazy decimation of share value, while the company and board say nothing at all. Its unbelievable.

Current management think they have all the answers despite walking down the SP by 90%. And still people keep faith? This isn't religion. Its business. We need someone like Mike L to sort out this business. I'm glad MA can see that. He may save my investment. Imo
