Sentiment has rather shifted dramatically in the last 24 hours. Fall is possibly overdone IMO so have just added some at 53.80, with a bit of spare cash hand if it drops more. As news of any sale/partnership emerges hopefully the bounce will be equally rapid.

Being a forced seller is generally not good news but MM does seem to need a firm push as he seems clouded by thoughts of what may have been and dreams of being UK's version of Musk or Bezos disappearing.

I'm glad persimmon are not the buyers. Balance sheet preservation currently I feel is more important. Plenty of land already in the bank and with a skills shortage, no point in dilution of workforce over a larger footprint. Imo. Atb

Pretty much every time MM posts something, the SP falls! You'd think he would learn and stop. Honestly. This share would test the patience of a Saint.

I fear the city does not trust MM. No amount of projection of future direction will shift the dial. Actual change rather than talking of change will shift the dial.

So if MM delivers on these announcements, it will be excellent but until then, the city will view this with scepticism. Imo.

I have 10% of my portfolio in thg so will be delighted with a proper rerate. 3 years of jam tomorrow has made me realistic about these announcements however so flat lining SP today is not a surprise. I will keep holding as I do believe the company is worth a lot more. Atb and dyor.

Stockbroker, agree entirely. We have been here before with numerous false dawns. I'll believe this when and if it happens. No point getting excited about speculation.

This US decision is probably part of a restructuring plan they have been forced into.

JL is probably only in place in name. The company will likely be run by a turnround team. This is good news as they probably see this as a viable turnround business. If not, they will have pulled the plug. Imo. I have plenty at stake here so am in fact reassured by this thought. Imo etc

The focus on MM and himself is teenage level angst. He is clearly a terrific entrepreneur, but a Ceo of a listed company does need to be more business oriented and professional, less theatrical. Imo

Either way, Shein probably need to have a UK presence to overcome the increasing criticism of their tax dodging business model. Imo
