Magna and Gentex Corporation are the two leading suppliers of electronic mirrors, ahead of Valeo. The emerging partnerships for DMS and #OMS are Magna/Seeing Machines and Gentex/Guardian (proprietary). My assumption is that Valeo is also working with Seeing Machines, as one of the 16 tier-1 partners.

Yes I think they must be in those vehicles as they are posting sitting inside those cars & another with Gentex.

Are we involved with the DMS if we also announced partnership with Ambarella ?

Great news to start the year: As announced at CES 2023 in Las Vegas, we have entered a strategic partnership with the Silicon Valley semiconductor company Ambarella!
After exchanging on different use cases for two years and integrating Ambarella’s high-performance, low latency, and low-power processing chipset into our Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, we are now bundling our competencies: Ambarella’s computer vision know-how, powerful SoCs and software modules with our software and hardware expertise, as well as our broad portfolio of automotive system solutions. In addition to camera-based perception solutions for ADAS, together, we are focusing on scalable full-stack system solutions for Level 2+ up to highly automated vehicles. The latter will take a multi-sensor approach with our high-resolution cameras, radars, lidars, the associated control units and the required software. We are now able to offer full-stack, scalable vehicle system solutions with the highest performance from ADAS to high automation, thereby strengthening our leadership position in assisted and automated driving. Vision Zero and autonomous mobility are coming closer.

We’ve already improved on our partnerships & collaborations wins since 2022 plus no big announcement by Magna or Qualcomm yet so might get another RNS or two by Monday.

I agree plenty of jam tomorrow stuff so we can really do with a contract win to catapult us forward.

Under the agreement, LG and Magna will explore the technical feasibility of integrating LG’s infotainment capabilities with Magna’s Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) and automated driving technologies.

LG Vehicle component Solutions (VS) Company is recognized as a leader of In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) capabilities in the automobile industry. In anticipation for the car of the future, LG VS Company has been proactively exploring its portfolio of future products and technologies.

This concept will focus on creating executable IVI-ADAS solutions to better meet carmakers’ vehicle programs. Both LG and Magna plan to introduce this concept to global automakers during CES 2023.

The following resolutions were passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting (the “EGM”) of Smart Eye Aktiebolag (publ) (“Smart Eye” or the “Company”) held today, on 30 December 2022.

Resolution to authorise the Board of Directors to resolve on new share issues

The EGM resolved, in accordance with the Board of Directors’ proposal, to authorise the Board of Directors, within the current articles of association, for the period until the end of the next Annual General Meeting, resolve on new share issue without deviation from the shareholders’ preferential rights. The purpose of the authorisation is for the Company to be able to implement the rights issue announced by the Company on 5 December 2022. The subscription price shall be determined on market terms and conditions with customary issue discount.
