To be honest I’ve spent a bit of time researching Smart Eye. The difference between them & SEE in my opinion is that they don’t have any real depth of talent in management positions. They are also very bad a presentations & don’t install a lot of confidence to shareholders, hence the fund raise & further dilution.

I still think SE will win more business, but I hope SE don’t give business away cheaply as this will lead to a race to the bottom. I believe SEE & Magna will push hard this year to scoop up any OEMs sitting on the fence or late to the party for DMS/ADAS. We will also have the left over of Veoneer & all their technical staff to solidify us as global leaders.

Could we be on the verge of PMGs inflection point ? The new CFO seems to thinks so :)

And I am equally grateful for our marketing collaboration partner, Collins Aerospace, as well as the many aircraft OEMs, flight test and avionics partners, and airline operators we have collaborated with over the years, as we worked together to bring state of the art / next generation pilot state and alertness detection capabilities to the aviation market to enhance safety. Securing the world’s first contract award for an aircraft integrated Pilot Fatigue Detection System with Pel-Air's fleet of Beechcraft King Air aircraft (for Air Ambulance Victoria) will hopefully be the first of many. And before the end of the decade, a growing number of us (the traveling public) should be fortunate enough to fly in aircraft with Seeing Machines technology embedded, helping set a new standard of safety in fatigue risk management.

They did something very similar at CES2023 point out certain cars saying they have DMS without inferring it was their tech in the car. Now they have bleeted out OEMs in a post so points out to me that they are trying to blind side investors.

Another 1 mill purchase so news of another buy next week but would be good to win another contract too :)

I had been thinking that myself, why is he blurting out all their OEMs, was he drinking at the time ?! Not very professional & could be seen as a desperate post or just defending their position.

To answer your questions Colin, we count Vauxhall and Opel as one OEM and also Citroen and Peugeot as one. We count Fiat, Chrysler, Opel and PSA as separate OEMs in the same group. We count the brand VW together with Skoda and Seat as one since they procure together. Porsche and Audi are two separate OEMs in the VW group. Hyundai and Kia is counted as one. Nissan, Renault and Mistubishi are three OEMs in the same group. How Cariad is counted will be decided when appropriate, the arrival of the software defined vehicle will surely change the game plan a bit. I hope this helps.
