When we get the news, if it's what we hope for it will be the start of a re-rate I expect. Low mcap with the potential for a huge resource. Just need the results to confirm that.

My own view is that nothing will really happen until we get drilling again with an O&G rig. I’m not convinced by the shallow targets (but I accept I could be wrong on that).

I take him at his word that things look good - it’s just timing and patience. A lot won’t have. You’ll also get lots more kn0bheads posting FUD whilst things drift, but if you can just wait a year and they get the discovery in just one deep target, the SP will rise quite a bit. Not purely due to what they discover, but what it unlocks across the whole basin.

I think he failed to get a part alongside Jim Carey (in Dumb and Dumber) as he would have been too stupid to be believed.

Simple one word answer - pressure.

The deeper the reservoirs, the more pressurised it will be, therefore there’s more ‘gas’ in the same physical space (at whatever the relevant concentration of HE).

At a shallow depth, the same volume will contain less ‘gas’.

Some people (with more knowledge than me) question the logistics of actually extracting it from shallow depths (I can’t comment as my thoughts had been that as long as it could be extracted and the HE% was good enough, it would be commercially viable).

I hope DM gives more explanation on this later.

I'd like to add more to HE1, so please can you try extra hard with all of your lies, sorry, I mean detailed investigations, as I'd very much like to increase but am happy to wait for a lower buy price, if and when it occurs.

I will be looking to de-risk as this rises (no rush and am happy to wait for drill to start). But, I plan to hold most of my shares for the longer-term. There will of course be dips along they way, but if their plans work then the returns will be excellent over the short/medium term. Beyond that, who knows, but with the dropping of assets by the majors, you’d think that there will be a number of great opportunities to be considered going forward.

B10 is purely the a very low-risk entry point for the company.

I’ve been in so since June - maybe not as long as some of you. I was hoping for the SP to be north of 4p by now and was beginning to doubt if we’d get much of a spike before drilling.
However, the improved news flow can only help, and maybe we’ll get a big rise over the next few weeks so that some can choose to de-risk if they want.
Should be an interesting week ahead though :-)

Good to get a professional interpretation and a different view. Being challenged on our perceptions of risk/reward is nothing to be defensive about and should be welcomed. Very different from de-ramping which is purely to sow FUD.

I take it as all very encouraging, even though there are clearly still some risks. I will de-risk as time goes on, either by trading or just taking profits. I am happy to leave some exposure here but want to protect most of my capital even though the risks are clearly quite low.

Now, 50p by end of 2023 is a very nice return. That would give me a 19 bagger.

I agree with you (as an investor in ADV and also HE1). My expectations/hopes for the level of returns here are lower than HE1, albeit with a much higher risk in HE1. As you say, there is a CPR and this demonstrates the potential for the returns if they make the discoveries. Of course, HE1 is real exploration and ADV is a much less risky investment. Also, the chance of production here is higher than the 86% now (IMO) as the oil price has increased.

It’s quite easy to run another company down when things haven’t gone to plan and I do agree with @ST that things were questionable in terms of the selling activity especially during Tai-2 before the RNS. That smacked of insider knowledge but it comes with the territory for PI’s.

I’m hopeful that the next 3 months will be much more positive for me, with ADV and also Spectrum X making their listing towards the end of Nov. I know that Q3 this year was grim for me. (Still licking my wounds haha).

You talk about topping up under 3p - I can’t remember the last time it was a buy under 3p. Seems to haev been in a reasonably narrow trading band (3.1 - 3.6) for ages now.

Agree with the posts of others. Very good, calm, non-ramping interview.

Personally, I don’t see any risk to a raise before the results of B10 are known - they have enough skin in the game to want to protect that. Also, as he’s stated that the cash-flow projections from B10 will be so good that debt won’t be an issue (albeit with a slight equity raise).

Entering into an exciting 10 weeks here IMO. Like most, I’m surprised at the current SP level, but there will be some traction at some point - who knows when it will start, but I can’t see these levels holding for much longer.

I sold some TXP as they bounced a bit today - used some of the funds to add more here. Up to 8m now.

My reasoning is that there's a very good chance of a rise from my buy price circa 3.35p today of 50%. I don't think I'll get that from TXP over the next few weeks. Will trade back later when I see a value swing.

Still good value here IMO.

I think you're missing the fact that they sampling was underway on 10th August (so let's assume that it had just started) and that was 20 days. Let's also assume that they mean 20 working days - 4 weeks.

Then they is the 4 weeks to analyse the samples (also mentioned in the same RNS). That makes 8 weeks.

We are due the results around now so they are not really late IMO - also, the results from the lab are outside of the control of WSBN; they will get them when the lab is done. I'm hoping for this week or next.

My view in terms of the potential of the shallow reservoirs and how this compares to the previous estimated total reservoirs of 138 bcf is this:
1. The 138 bcf is an estimate.
2. Whilst they were drilling Tai-1, they said they found HE where they weren’t expecting it.

Therefore, IMO, this adds to the potential 138bcf (on the understanding that that figure is a very rough guess). I don’t feel there is much credence in trying to extrapolate the estimated potential in the shallow targets vs the previous estimated total reserves.

However, your points in regards the commerciality of the shallow targets is very important. Just finding a pocket of gas may not be enough to make it economic to extract.
My view is the same as AP - the shallow targets are are way to boost/underpin the SP with a discovery to enable a raise with less dilution to fund the O&G rig next year. My concern here is that demand is supposedly high now for rigs, so how far advanced are they on securing a rig, and at what cost?

Similar to me - I’ve 7.63m. I’d love 10p, but have lower short-term expectations.

I’m trying to be a bit more conservative with my expectations. Maybe 5-6p during drill and 8-9p after drill. I wouldn’t be surprised if either or both are exceeded, but I don’t want to set my own expectations too high.
