Someone was pumping dddd in September with "bargain basement" price. Since then has dropped 50%.

If it was all about the LFD then Abingdon would have taken a similar sized hit too. They haven't which suggests its something else. DE is great news but later then promised.

Market doesn't believe CEO which is a shame but self inflicted. Previous pork is and inability to provide semi accurate timelines not confidence building. The IIs can smell weakness and six months for cohort 1 is like a drowning man waving. Didn't help with the xspirts pronouncing cohort 3 underway. The CSO seemed to be more finest - not before end Q2 suggests later so let's not build false expectations.

Must have had slides prepared for roadshow so upload and have a look. And then employ a IR company that pulls its finger out

Let's not leave the chairman out of this. Board need to out in place what is required. Support CEO and take some pressure off - perhaps start with investor relations.

We all know precision is a high risk high reward asset. How DE and a 3 day road trip ends up in SP decline is odd. Perhaps we are not being told everything but IIs are - 20 minute sulk does not equate to II roadshow. Guy needs some help so come on chairman - you are rewarded very well so step up.

Given we had three days of road shows last week, news of DE and a second precision candidate current decline in SP looks odd. AS looked weary to me but I guess three days of difficult questions can do that. Cheer up fellah - you win some (Tx) you lose some (DX).

It is AIM and perhaps the evidence needs to be there before serious buyers are going to commit. Today's presentation was reassuring on the Tx side but the sudden tone change around the LFD was not great.

They could have been a little more lively - the affimer has been shown to work and work "better" than ABs. The company has been through the process once so presumably learnt a lot - bit odd that they had lab data in DEC and still unsure of what regulatory position is. Sounds like they are still looking for a suitable AB but who knows with AS

We are back to an AS mid summer which as we know is as accurate as throwing darts over your head in a strong wind. It doesn't matter. The result matters, not when.

Disappointing but only if you were in it for a quick return (I was partly there two years ago). Every new drug has to go through a robust R&D process. Every company has to respect trial confidentiality. How many xspirts were on here saying second and even third cohorts were underway. As i say pronote Avacta all you like, im with yiu but stop making it up. Appreciate AS giving us an update. Appreciate he has a job to do with IIs. Ignore the twiteratti

The investment rationale hasn't changed - if anything if you have sights set on a longer period of time it got much better. Enough money to get to readout and then we have the real evidence that IIs can plug into their models. Making it up on here wont change that.

Continue to hold and await next research note. The results in march / April will be a shop window for affimers. Then if we get to expansion phase - big uplift and I suspect licensing deal (cash is king)

Lot of shares held by insiders and institutions. On day of RNS 4 million shares traded?

Jupiter increased short by 0.09%. Is that 23 million shares.

I'm guessing we haven't seen him because most trials do not report any findings until they are over. I have a feeling the late escalation was due to additional patients being recruited (I know lots of twitter accounts said it was absolutely guaranteed we had already progressed to third escalation - tsk). He won't want to get into this until final readout.

I am really happy has I suspect are most long term holders that we move to dose escalation in phase 1 study. The SP is where it is but I believe will now begin to climb - I confess to thinking it should have already. The IIs and the MMs are in charge - let's not try and mislead other PIs with over the top claims about what the DE means. If they invest great but would be good to think thus board has provided accurate and honest information rather than a cak handed misinterpretation of minimal info in order to ranp the stock for a quick pump and dump.

Holding now until mid summer read out during which time I expect final report showing minimum 12 months cash, further news on partnerships and a relaunch of LFD. All of which will be supportive of SP and eventually have to lead to shorts closing - ideally being squeezed on the way.

In mice biopsy (difficult in man) the tumours had 18x the concentration I think for 6x the equivalent dox dose. More importantly there was a much lower cardiac exppsure. Leakage is a valid concern but not seen in mice and in the trial they are measuring systemic exposure.

Credit time marik first working through trial design and highlighting the lower than normal next dose. AE could be the reason - indeed study allows additional patients (up to 2) should this occur and that may explain the late delivery of escalation. The other factor is Avacta are aiming for more cycles rather than much higher doses. Therefore may be progressing up the dose increases slightly slower. The fact that independent board are OK with dose escalation above normal levels (which are high as they can get) is more than just positive.

I'll go with sdon. News of dose escalation is excellent for LTH but came in later then forecast. I'm made up - froth about this is undeniable proof that Ava6k is "safe" is over the top. Its a great step in right direction and continuing to escalate dose is seen by safety committee has valid. Worse case - delay was because extra patient above 3 had to be enrolled but data in the round enables progression. Looking forward to seeing the impact on tumour is especially for the individual patients in study - the mouse pictures were impressive.

So IIs don't have to wait long before they have full visibility of balance sheet and in particular the cash runway. Avacta have received milestone payment since last accounts and should have quite a bit left of the fund raise. Hopefully two years but probably not. They will have enough to get to 1a full read out mid summer.

In terms of options I understand this is the issue of new shares to insider. They cannot sell them whilst in closed period. Interesting they should acquire them now?

So disappointed that SP hasn't responded to dose escalation. I really thought it would. Await annual report and strategic review and then 1a readout

Once lfd is back the hope must be the increased sensitivity ( see previously posted paper from Spain) will make a difference. Might have to wait for next wave but at some point relaunch will happened. Ahead of odx, with a better test and they went up nearly 20% today

On page 77 of annual accounts there is a table of options. Price ranges from 25p which suggested just spent £100k buying shares if its AS or TG.

It is the trial summary and therefore would expect to see it reported. Who ever presents will want to show that it is safe AND impacts on tumour.

The mice pictures are compelling. So much so I'm going into my underground lair to update a spreadsheet.
