..how low do people think BR, Veles and the new US ii will be prepared to take the sp in order to get their investments covered by going short/long as and when it suits them?

I have just voted in favour of all resolutions but confess to feeling tempted now to sell a chunk because it looks like the sp is going lower regardless of any more good news. Clearly there is no deal imminent or we'd have been RNSd with details on an offer and asking us to vote in favour . I have no doubt the BOD are working hard to get a deal on the table but there is a strategy in play here that is huge and is simply not achievable in the short term. For everything to play out it will take years. If you've got the means then this is a fabulous long term investment imho but for those wanting a quick return I think they will have to look elsewhere. Over the last year I have read on this BB more times than I care to think of 'the news coul drop any day'. Hopefully most people now realise this needs to come to the best fruitful outcome and patience is the key.

Some reverse psychology here as yesterday I posted a message confidently stating we were going to get no news and about 2 minutes later an RNS popped up! If I state here and now the sp is likely to continue to go down, knowing my predictive powers it will shoot up like a rocket!

Not sure about that mac. I often do dummy sells of quite large amounts eg 500k or 1m shares - well for me they're large amounts - but can't get any quote today. Been like it all day on HL. Usually I take it as a good indicator of interest in EUA shares as you've suggested, but it's simply not the case at the moment. Patience required for a little longer.

yep, looks grim but it's par for the course with EUA. Many positive RNSs over the last year or so showing the company is heading in a good direction, and that there's a bit of a windfall coming within the next few months hopefully, and yet this is the reaction to every bit of good news. Never seen manipulation on this scale before but I guess I've only been investing for the last 3 or 4 years. Seems really crooked. Tin hats required and a change of unterhosen probably a good idea too...

Please BOD no more positive RNSs. Your shareholders deserve better!

I must say I'm still surprised - even though no other positive RNS has shifted the sp upwards - that we're not moving at all.

I would love to know if DS and other Directors are frustrated with the sp still being where it is and the considerable lengths mms and certain iis are going to in order to destroy sentiment here.

What we don’t know is if Nyud is one of the 4 mines in the Rosgeo JV which already has resources approved up to Russian standards. If it is, then a) what has to be done to upgrade that to JORC standards b) how long will that take and finally c) how much will it cost?

Yes, more questions to be answered but I do think the overriding aim of the BOD is becoming a little clearer. Looks to me as if MT will be sold (possibly WK too but now not so sure) and a special divi paid out. Following that some of the extra 500m shares we’re about to vote on will provide further funding for the JV going forward, which in turn will be bought in total by EUA and then one by one sold off for, well, who knows? Rather a lot I suspect.

It really is depressing that the market simply doesn’t believe or trust the information given in successive RNSs and thus our sp lurches on at what appears to be a ridiculously low level. I understand the argument that BR and mms are manipulating the heck out of the share price but if there was a sudden surge of interest/buying then there would be no way BR and Co could hold it back. That avalanche of buying is proving elusive to say the least but at some point the BOD will present one bit of specific info that will tip the balance and those still at the bottom of the hill waiting to invest had better watch out.

If I had a fiver for every time someone posted ‘could today be the day…?’ then I wouldn’t need to invest in anything!

Feel certain there won’t be any news now until after the AGM and that we are just going to have to grin and bear the BR bs for another couple of months.

Frustrating hold this now and doubtless the conjecture and speculation will simply continue ad nauseam until we are given one fine RNS that finally breaks the cycle of oblique statements from the BOD which leave us all asking more questions rather than having them answered.

…any way the BOD can see how the vote is stacking up in advance of the AGM? They issued a little prompt for the EGM encouraging share holders to support the resolution, as if they knew it it was going to be a close call. I wonder if we’ll have another of those this week before we approach the voting cut off date.

If by end of today there are no resolutions relating to the asset sale added to the agenda then we know that big RNS we’re all waiting for could be a way down the track yet and that the BOD need those extra 500m shares to strengthen their hand further in any ongoing negotiations. Frustrating to still not have any idea of how this might play out but patience has long been the order of the day with EUA. 25yrs for the BOD so what’s a few extra months for genuine lths?!

OSF it is the sudden doubling to 500m shares that is deeply concerning. If we’re about to sell as much as 75% of our assets, as we’ve been led to believe, and be paid out a significant divi, as we’ve been led to believe, then why do the BOD need to suddenly double that option. It’s really not a good sign to current share holders. So many good things being uncovered by investigative pis but there is an ongoing reluctance from EUA to bring anything specific to market.
Give me more info on the very things you’ve been saying you are supposedly in the middle of ie an asset sale and I’ll support you. As things stand I’m more inclined to err on the side of caution and look after my investment, not risk it!

...I should vote to give them the option to dilute my investments in EUA by 17% I will not be voting in favour of that particular resolution. I feel I made a bad mistake recently in voting for the BOD in the EGM. I was rewarded with an 'increase in share holder value' to the tune of a drop of 20% in the sp. A load of shares given to a secret ii from the US. Honestly! All investors here must know that's extremely rare and there has to be a reason why it must be kept secret. That will not have increased confidence one little bit from the world of investors out there who will simply look at the sp and the repeated positive RNSs and say to themselves 'what the heck is going on there?'. There is only way I, or any of us, can ever realise anything positive in this investment: by buying in at a certain price and selling at a higher one. Simples. When the BOD deliver something that gives the sp a clear uplift I will congratulate them whole heartedly. Until then I will reserve my adulation and praise whilst watching my paper profit here dwindle week after week. I'm not selling but neither am I massively confident here or impressed by one morning of blue, only to be dumped back in the red a handful of hours later.

Patience is needed here. A bit of blind faith and the hyde of a rhinoceros wouldn't go amiss either.

Fascinating learning curve this and just goes to show what pis are up against when they embark on an investment voyage on the AIM high seas. Hardly a level playing field but I’m sure most realise that when they climb aboard.

I’m willing a blue day for genuine holders here tomorrow. It’s well overdue and well deserved.

I know this subject has been done to death but any current thoughts on Nasdaq admission? Does anyone else feel we're probably months if not years still away now that the sp has performed so badly and consistently over the last 3 months? We're down 50% from 3 months ago.

Anyone's feelings on PW slightly shifted since 3 months ago when it was all roses and smiles and 'I can't answer questions concerning Nasdaq'?

Yeah patience being tested but that's the game our own BOD have left us to play, With no comms all we can do is sit tight and stay away from the sell button. i found all the info posted by the likes of Caw and Travis and Lovelyboy really useful so thanks to those guys and others who are always posting the facts and figures. Patience? Just call me St Roger.

and into ODX. Seems like a much safer ship to be on board and one that has half decent comms from their BOD and every bit as much potential as GDR appeared to have 3 months ago.

GL to all genuine holders here. I don't think you deserve the ongoing silence from the CEO at such a crucial time. It's ringing too many alarm bells for me now. I'lll take the advice often offered to people who moan about their investment choices having gone t'ts up and that is to sell up and try my luck elsewhere.

cj62 I've read it and it is as depressing as it is revealing.

That said, holders will be fine as long as they don't attempt to make a quick buck as this will eventually blow on the announcement of an asset sale. Or do you think BR will never let that happen cj? Not sure they can do anything once that news is out the bag.
