Impossible to stop thinking about this at such a crucial stage of proceedings but I just wonder if anyone else agrees with this thought. It's been established that 'substantially all' of EUA's assets means more than 75% of everything we have. So, if the value of 75% of the JV with Rosgeo is included in our assets then I can't see how such a sale can not include both MT AND the new JV. Neither makes up only 20% or so of our total worth. The sum a buyer will have to pay for this is surely going to be huge, even if it's all still in the ground. Remember 4 of the mines in the new JV have 'approved' resources and, whilst we're yet to see an updated report which may more clearly define what's in the MT Flanks, at least 1.9m oz are approved there also. I think the sale has to include both MT and the new JV and may leave EUA with WK. It's just yet more conjecture from me but surely something like £5b+ for 'substantially all' of EUA's assets would be realistic (generous even) and enough to pay out a really handsome special divi whilst also leaving plenty in the kitty to see WK developed fully.
I was grumpy yesterday because I hoped the sp would finally see the kind of increase that would make sense to most of us here. I am most definitely a lth of 2m+ shares - so who ever it was that said I didn't have any at all many thanks for finally putting a smile on my face yesterday - and this is my largest holding by some considerable margin. I make no apology for finding myself slightly stressed every now and then by the ongoing lack of clarity with EUA but I have every right to post the occasional message here seeking either reassurance, confirmation or even just to humour myself. The more I read the RNS and have others point out, interpret and decipher specific aspects of it the more I believe we're finally near the end and that it's going to be a good result for all genuine holders.
As always GLA.
