Impossible to guess how much the divi might be because we don’t know the most accurate and up to date figures for resources at MT. We don’t even know what’s being sold. If MT was suddenly upped to 15m oz JORC then I think we could be talking £s. As things stand off it’s MT being sold with 2.2m oz proven then we’ll be around the 70p mark.

I think the BOD are going to want most of any sale figure paid out - that’s their own personal rewards remember - and then do a raise for the ongoing projects using the 500m shares to raise funds as they go.

I now think DB is ‘in’ on a play by BC for a takeover. BC don’t have to give DB sales info so he can legitimately hold his hands up and say sorry nothing to say about sales. Sp plummets even further and when it gets to 35p BC ‘save the day’ by buying GDR for £1. If they wait another 9 months (12 months after the recent highs of £1.50) then they could get it even cheaper. DB we’ll be rewarded by BC with a new position on a considerably higher pay deal than he currently enjoys. Pis totally shafted.
I wonder how GDR employees who own shares in their own company feel about the ongoing slaughter of the sp and silence from the BOD?

If there isn't any good news here by the end of the month then DB needs to go. How can share holders revolt and get him out? It just doesn't make any sense with such good products to be dropping like a stone.

I know they already have ‘significant’ skin in the game but if they knew an asset sale was about to result in a divi of say 50p then that would net them all a fair extra wad of cash…
They could argue it’s just reward for their achievement in putting together a deal which has taken much longer than anyone expected.

I would have thought who ever took up that option would have been’ encouraged’ by EUA to think a dividend and value beyond any asset sale would be higher than 26.5p surely? Otherwise that’s a very odd looking investment with too much risk attached. They must be privy to more information than we mere pis are being given and have been assured it’s a good placement of their funds.

Anyone noticed prices falling significantly recently for platinum ($1200 down to just over $1000), palladium ($2900 down to just over $2500) and rhodium ($28500 down to just over $21,000)?

It's tough to watch but through it all I was doing dummy sells and buys. Try it next time you're in a panic and can see the sp dropping like a stone. MMs would take vast quantities off me in one go. I couldn't get a quote even on 50k shares. Tells me all I needed to know during that nervy first hour.

am now thinking of getting back in here. the products are still great, the distribution agreement is good but...still no information on a single sale. the FDA and EUA approvals are frustratingly slow in arriving and I feel sure this could be a huge success but for some reason DB is holding out on share holders. I could jump back in now or if he's up to tricks for BC and Danahar is it worth waiting longer to see if it goes back to the 40's? Must be gutting for lths to see this current malaise but unless there's some skullduggery at play by DB it has to come good soon surely? Covid Testing is going to be needed for years and Govts are being shown up for having wasted billions on Tests that are not highly effective or accurate. The Genedrive PCR test is what every major airport should have installed to allow international travel to be conducted far more safely. Just need the FDA to pull its finger out.

This is my go-to test when I'm feeling just a bit cranky about this share. Just tried to sell a £10k worth in another share which has gone up by over 10% today but of course I can't even get a quote.

1 million shares in one go here tells me mms are more than happy to accumulate on behalf of someone....

Giant - i agree. I didn't say in my original post there wasn't a deal, just that it wasn't imminent. I think that if a new proposal arrived after the Rosgeo JV was announced then that itself will take some time to sort out.

By the end of July we will hopefully know what the BOD are playing for. I just wish we could be told something concrete. Who was the recent US ii? Who is the credible party? What assets are for sale? Roughly what figure does 'significant' equate to? 100% premium to current sp? 50% 200%? I still think some are way too ambitious here with predictions of a special divi over £1, let alone £2! I would be very happy with 50p. That would double my investment overnight. I believe that is absolutely achievable.

For now, the wait goes on and I'm going to switch off for a few weeks unless my alert for a sub 20p sp pings into my inbox, and in which case I will be buying more.
