for you chaps who have L2 Caw1 Travers JT (when out of clink) I have just bought 100k shares at 20.88. Did a dummy sell and they would take 250k off me in one go. The level of manipulation seems to me to be getting worse over these last few days. I had hoped we might be on the way to clearer waters but obv not. Anyway, will be interesting to see how it's reported here on LSE and on the EUA trades page.

They only have to report news if it's a formal offer. they can keep discussions/plans informal for as long as they wish/need until informing he market.

Our mcap will not be higher in a few months time if we don't sell anything or get EUA approval. It will definitely be lower.

Agggh so many mistakes. Sorry. Am on train using my phone and unfortunately fat fingers are playing their usual tricks…

Personally i think £1.85 would be the mac we’d be offered now, which i guess equates to something worth just over $100m. Totally agree that it’s worth at least that bit without news I fear we won’t get that. Clearest sign for me that something is about is silence from DB and the speed with which he dampened down the recent breakout. He was told (or knew) to nip it in the bud asap or else risk losing a deal..? Just conjecture on my part of course but GDR has so many good products that it just doesn’t add up any more to be on such a steady decline. Could accumulation taking place now via manipulation but from looking at daily trade info I can’t see it. Hence, I worry that DB has been told to delay, delay, delay (BC defo in on this too) and wait for as long as possible with a low sp and then they’ll make their move, possibly hoping holders will be so disillusioned by then that they might vote in favour of a low ball offer, setting it as the best of a bad job. Depressing but it happens.

All guess work from me but can’t see why DB is silent for so long when the sp is doing quite so badly. From recent highs of £1.50 we’ve dropped over 60%. Not a word from the CEO. It’s one the give aways that a deal is being done behind closed doors

I’ve been saying for a while a take over is being lined up. My guess is the longer we’re allowed to decline the lower the offer will be. At the moment I’d say around £1 - £1.50 is possible but if we’re left with no comms from DB until Sept then we’re looking at an offer price of perhaps as low as 75 - 90p. With BCN it became obvious what was going to happen once Ganfeng bought a 29.99% stake in the company. Not sure there’s anyone lined up for a similar position like that with GDR atm but news along those lines would signal DB has indeed done a cheap deal and will be rewarded personally by the buyers with a new position and share options in the new set up. It stinks but it happens. GDR has too many good things going for it and could easily fly. One of the big boys (my money is in Danahar) realise this and so have made their move and cornered DB. BC probably have the contacts and influence to ask for delays from FDA and so leave share holders with no news for months and months, cue sp decline and there’s the window for a low ball offer. Big question for me is how would DB get share holders to vote in favour. If the price is too low there’s no way it’d gain approval.

I thought we were due some good news on sales any day now? If that's the case why is this on a continual downward spiral? Don't tell me it's MM games and manipulation? I've got that going on in almost every share I own at the mo.

I once emailed a lady who was working for a Head Hunting Company and was very hot on diversity and equal opportunities etc (quite rightly so) and after a lengthy discussion on how I was ultra keen to find someone for a position from a field of talented but varied candidates, I pinged over an email to confirm that I would be very happy for her to send me over some 'babes'. Should have read 'names'.... ouch.

It is a terrific article and should have caused at least a minor blip north in the sp today. That it hasn’t tells me that we’re currently in the grip of WINS and one of their larger clients. We’re really struggling to break free. It’ll happen one day. Just gotta be patient for another couple of months or until the BOD can get resources updated and approved to JORC or equivalent. Then events will snowball imho.

Knowing there are such canny investors as yourself here in EUA brings me comfort and gives me much solace in these days when we’re waiting patiently for something ‘significant’ from our BOD in terms of news. I have is that DB is about to surprise everyone with a placing. He needs to tee GDR up perfectly for BC or Danahar and for them to swoop in and be seen as saviours they need the sp lower. Significantly lower. Another two months of silence now then a placing and then in Sept a low ball offer for a take over when the sp dips below 40p. Share holders will be so hacked off by then they’ll accept it.

All the ramping nonsense on here just helps obscure people selling as and when they can. DB has been a disaster for genuine holders here.

Switch off as there won’t be any news now until late Aug or early Sept is my guess.

Good to see Platinum and palladium doing well but Rhodium now under $20k, so it has declined by nearly a third in value over just two months. Still perfectly high enough to be of value of course but just a shame to see our basket of metals decrease in value in any way just now.

Admit to feeling the tiniest bit smug over my post at 9.20am on 26th June. I agree that it’s more a case of when than if we apply for admission now. Just have to have the sp above what ever threshold the NASc authorities deem appropriate for GDR. Because of the green credentials as a BTC miner I think the authorities will actually be rather keen to see ARB listed and give more folks in the US an opportunity to invest in a company that ticks that box.

The actual statement in the RNS however is still far too ‘more jam tomorrow’ for my liking. I would have preferred to see this being out out in the wake of a sustained incline in the sp to give conviction behind the sentiment. Little oblique still but better than nothing i guess. Imo this won’t cause the rise ARB needs here in the UK but perhaps the US will buy into it in the hopes of getting in early…?

You’re right though in that the quote ‘intends to proceed…’ post dates that 12th May RNS. Apologies.

I still argue that we’ve got very little in the way of specifics to go on however. As stated previously, it’s a case of more patience required. My biggest hope is that CS and DS are themselves working for a big payout as they hold such significant stakes as share holders. If the current sp malaise is required for them to get iis on board at low rates but then they announce updates with approved resource figures and details of an enormous offer which could lead to most of the sale figure being paid out as a divi then great. Just more guesswork for now though.
