Not unreasonable…2 Jul 2021 11:44
After over a year since the FSP was announced we still have no idea of time scale for any kind of sale. Having voted twice in recent months in favour of the BOD is it unreasonable to expect an update on resources or an idea of when a possible asset sale might actually take place? I don’t think so.
EUA could simply go on like this for months and months keeping pis hanging on. Fine for the iis, who have what is for them tiny amounts of money invested in EUA, to wait years, but not great for pis. I’m bored of reading puerile posts saying ‘is today the day..?’ etc etc.
Share holders deserve some more information more rather than yet more jam tomorrow RNSs. If the resources are anything like as huge as people are suggesting then why is the sp not shifting at all? I don’t buy that it’s all down to manipulation any more. There simply isn’t the interest in buying into something that is still, after all this time, lacking clarity. The wider market doesn’t like uncertainty and is sceptical of companies who consistently put out hints as to what might be around the corner.
Regrettably I think we won’t hear anything more for months and that the sp will just slowly but surely decline. One day there will be the mother of all RNSs yes, but by that time most pis will have lost patience. Personally i think the BOD are happy with a low sp as they’ll find it much easier to attract more iis using that extra 500m shares we’ve just voted to allow them to issue. Next RNSs are going to be placings, telling us of more institutions coming on board. Hopefully that won’t continue as far as next year when at the next AGM the BOD ask us to vote for even more shares.
There is so much positive information being unearthed here that it’s highly dubious to witness the sp being kept low and that the BOD seem perfectly content for it to be where it is.
Patience required but mine is now wearing thin. We are all nobodys as pis and so I think it’s time to start ignoring the endless positive posts encouraging people to hold when all we’ve seen over the last six months is a decline in our paper profits. This could easily go on and on so I’m now readying myself for the sp to slump into the teens and I’m going to trade a big chunk. Many will say I’m mad because I might ‘miss out on the big one’. Rubbish. I won’t. This is going down for a while longer and I’m going to build my stake further and derisk by selling a big chunk now and get back in when sp is 17p.
