I've no idea what's going to happen next week and I'm biting my nails down to the bone!

I had thought for a while that there would be an asset sale of MT and Wk but someone this morning pointed out that the RNS Staes very clearly that MT will be the 'cornerstone' of the Rosgeo partnership going forward.

Hmmm none the wiser but I'm leaning back in the other direction now that the whole thing might be sold.... Fingers crossed that happens!

Two scenarios here. Someone knows something good is coming and so there's all sorts of games to dump the sp as low as possible only for there to be a huge and sudden rise on a positive conclusion to the FSP. Or someone knows the FSP is in the ditch and is starting to dump shares on to the market. Just no way of knowing sadly.

Either way this is painful to watch. Either way there will not be a full sale for £3.50. People just have to realise that's for the birds. If we are lucky the FSP is still on track, albeit with a fairly major bit of stuttering, and we will get 50 - 70p. Personally I'm more downbeat and think we're heading for a JV announcement followed by the need for a major raise in funds. Owing to the vast amount of finning EUA would need to put in place to hold its end of the deal I think this will take time and cause significant delays to getting things going.

In short, I think DS has asked for too much and the main players that made non-binding offers have walked away one by one leaving us with nothing on the table. It it was the intention of the BOD all along to sell then why now at this late stage of the game invite a partner from out of the blue?

stevengali: 70p would still be great in the short term but I, along with many others frequenting this BB, would think EUA had sold too cheaply. Anything up to £1 now would be an excellent result. Anything above is for those happy to hold more long term, or as you suggest 5 yrs time. Just my humble opinion.

Personally, I'm eager to get some kind of deal done now so I can move on, even if that means taking a lower pay out then so be it. Going to be such an interesting couple of weeks now. Relieved that the sp appears to be holding up too for now. Can we expect the usual UT trickery at the end of the day which leaves us all feeling slightly happier seeing blue rather than red, only for the MMs to drop it first thing on Monday? I think we probably can. At least that's one aspect of being a share holder here that you can rely on.

Doesn’t the sp have to remain above $2 in order to qualify for admission to the Nasdaq? If we fail much further then that’s going to be off the table for a while longer and we’ll drop even more. PW not doing enough to stem the flow.

what manipulation is *taking* place...

...at the back of my mind. I've only been at this investing lark for a few years and already I can recall several occasions where a company's share has been driven down to what is an almost unbelievable level, burnt to the ground only for it to rise from the ashes with little or no warning, and to then blast well past the previous sp range.

I keep repeating myself - only for my benefit I realise - but I think there will come a time when the sp is going to rise suddenly and with no warning there will be an RNS announcing something good. Even if it's not the full sale I'm hoping for I am quietly confident there would be a special divi that will keep me happy, and I'll get to keep my shares too for the longer term if we're venturing forth hand in hand with a partner to mine the whole bally lot.

Just for info for those clever people who assess what sp manipulation is making place here, yesterday I reduced my holding further (sorry, I'm too feeble to watch my paper profit disappear altogether) and when I looked at the trades listed here all of my sells were listed as buys. They were 4 x 49,999 and also one shortly after of 250k shares. I hope that helps paint a slightly more accurate picture for you of what's going on. I'm in no way crowing about it and will probably end up kicking myself over it but I'm still in with nearly 2m shares so have much to lose if this goes belly up! I'm hoping the BOD have something amazing up their collective sleeve to give us all a very pleasant surprise. Come on please EUA. Let the cat out of the bag finally and give us all some well earned peace of mind. These last two years have been exhausting!

This could be heading further down by end of next week. Why? Is this wretched EGM special resolution dragging the so down? Perhaps that previous raise at 22p has some bearing on why we're slowly sliding downwards.

Bugger is I can say! If it gets to 22p though I will be buying back in with every spare penny I've got.

Anyone see Google price of 20p for about 20 seconds? It clearly stated the daily loss was just over 22%. I had one of those wobbles I last experienced when AC sold his tranche of £8m worth in a single transfer to a Russian ii. Not pleasant!

We’re all in the dark and the market doesn’t like it, hence yet again no movement in the sp . After several RNSs that have taken everyone by surprise how can any investor form a view of which direction EUA is headed. AIM is enough of a casino as it is but with ongoing secrecy and shocks from the BOD this is becoming a very uncomfortable ride as a share holder - speaking personally that is. If only we could have one RNS that states what the BOD are now aiming for, rather than leaving us with more questions than answers, then I, for one, would be massively grateful.

Just no idea where this is heading but I’m 99% certain a full sale is out the window. The notion of strengthening one’s negotiation position 10 months into an FSP suggests we’re nowhere near the point of finalising a deal. If it was going to happen this kind of manoeuvres would be long past.

If, as some believe, the BOD are still up for a complete sale then why would they bother appointing a new director? Wouldn't the new Director (and the Company he represents) be rather hacked off if having been led down the garden path this far they suddenly find themselves out of the picture?

I'm really intrigued as to what lies ahead for the next two weeks but I would still urge people not to get too carried away just yet. It's nice to dream but there's a fairly strong chance we'll get an RNS stating the FSP has not been concluded successfully and the plan is to go forward and mine ourselves and so the cash raise is needed. I see the point some are making about how this latest development will force any potential bidder to get serious in the next few days but, as I say, wouldn't the Japanese new arrival feel used if he's just joined a Board that is no longer needed 5 minutes later.

Well if I'm binned you won't read this but I'm no bulls....r. I decided to sell the majority of my holdings this morning and got as far as unloading about 10%. I didn't say I intended to do it all in one day! I went out for the day gentlemen, and had every intention of selling more on Monday and through next week. Sorry if that's a tad confusing for you to follow.

Flying duck - I agree. No way will the BOD now allow someone else to swan in at a discount and take a huge portion of the plunder. They're in pole position for years to come and if outside players want in they're going to have to stump up. Looks as if there are players from all corners of the globe with their eye keenly fixed on the Kola region. DS doesn't need to let in anyone through the back door. Now, I must rest! This is wearing me out.

feather! I had only decided this morning to unload the majority of my holdings precisely because I just couldn't fathom which way the BOD want to play this out. With no warning there are two major (I think!) RNSs that leave me in no doubt we are totally in the dark. However, I just find this scenario really intriguing, fascinating, exhilarating even. We are share holders in the middle of what could well turn out to be one of the most brilliant strategic plays by a junior mining company ever.

I know nothing but imho I think the BOD most likely started out with the intention of selling EUA last July and have been rocked by the bull run on the PGM market, the huge attraction for iis and global corporates to green development of energy and resources - not to mention the demise of the SA players and NN's catastrophic recent endeavours - and found themselves perhaps unwittingly in the middle of a storm and the focus of everyone's attention. A storm the like of which no one can tell when or how will wear burn itself out.

In short, I am now convinced the FSP is out the window. The prospect of what is now tangible to the BOD and within the grasp of share holders is simply too great to miss out on. The BOD are business men and even if they want to retire and put their feet up they won't be able to resist their instinct of seeing something they've worked on for a quarter of a century now grow and make them rich beyond their wildest dreams. it may take another 5 - 10 years but their loved ones will never have to worry about money again. They will not sell this cheaply, nor do I feel they even need to sell off any assets. They are the license holders to a massive, massive fortune.

I think the sp will dip badly on Monday because of rainbow chasers jumping overboard but for those willing to be patient EUA has just become the dream ticket. I sold just under 10% of my holdings this morning, which will give me the funds I need for immediate tax purposes, but now I think I'm just going to leave the rest where it is and forget about it for 2 or 3 years. I fully expect this to be worth perhaps as much as £3 or £4 in a few years time - far, far more than could ever have achieved now with a full sale. (Apologies but the ramping fools screaming out £3.50+ were either divisive or need to be stopped from investing for good). True investors will be delighted by this (esp the iis). They will wait for the dip and then send the sp into orbit.

What a day this has been for an OAP like myself. I was right in my earlier post: I just can't take the excitement any more. I'd made my strategy clear in my own mind and just this morning began to sell 75% of my shares and then...OMG everything around me changes in a heart beat and I now need to rethink things, fast. Sound familiar??

Reefles - if only today really was the day. I've been here for years now and heard that phrase more times than I care to think about.

Profit is profit and so I need to derisk. I will probably end up regretting it but I am really uncomfortable with having no clue as to which way this company will go now. When an FSP was the main focus I felt ok but since the delays owing to Christmas holidays etc were announced there has been an RNS totally out of the blue announcing a potentially huge JV with Rosgeo. That suggests to me the FSP has hit a snag and the main play is now not the FSP and that the BOD attention is elsewhere. I'll leave something in the pot and wish all LTHs the best of luck. It's been a fun ride and I'm comfortably in profit but it's now a case of 'man over board'. I'm swimming for shore and will enjoy watching this vessel on the horizon but from a safe distance and with my feet on firm ground. With luck you'll all go sailing off to some exotic island to enjoy the rewards of vast amounts of treasure. I'm just too boring I think, and basically can't take the excitement any longer.

I've just this morning sold 4 lots of 49,999 shares each. Just posting here that they've all been reported as 'buys'. Not sure if that helps those of you who are good at working what the mms are up to on any given day.

This has been going on sooo long now it's really irritating. Yet again we are down 5%. Sadly I suspect it will be the same again tomorrow and we're then heading for a weekend dwelling once more in the mid-low 20's. I just can't understand how after the numerous positive RNSs there have been that we haven't gained anything in the sp. Nothing. Not a bean! The BOD might well have their reasons for being happy with a low sp but I'm buggered if I know what those reasons could be. It's as if the MMs know there will not be a conclusion to the FSP any time soon and so are comfortable pulling the sp about at will to accommodate the various iis slowly climbing on board. As always EUA are keeping things very tight and there is no clue as to what's on the horizon so it's a case of digging in for the long haul if you have the stomach for it. I thought this would be done by Christmas. Certainly by Easter. Now I'm thinking asset sale and no grande finale to the FSP at all. Bugger, bugger , bugger!

So, we had an RNS stating progress has been delayed owing to the Christmas and Russian holidays. We’re now into the Easter holidays and we’ve had no update on the FSP. Can we expect another update along similar lines next week?? How long is it before the summer holidays...?

Undoubtedly something is going on but I now doubt very much there will be a full sale, irrespective of how much I and many here would wish for one. The fact that such a major JV agreement with Rosgeo has been put together whilst attention and energies were supposedly focused on an FSP suggests to me negotiations have hit a major snag. Perhaps at best we can now expect an asset sale and modest special divi. As I’ve said before, DS will want to utilise as much of any funds being offered for MT and WK towards this new JV

I appreciate all the positivity from certain posters - many of which have been educational with regard to the games played by MMs - but I think it’s important not to dismiss out of hand the potential pitfalls with this or indeed any share.

Shenanigans from iis, MMs and other large independent investors may well be in play here but let’s not be so blind as to think the BOD of EUA will be playing with a straight bat if it doesn’t suit them. IMO their sights have changed and we need to keep an open mind on where we might be headed. Of course all this supposition could be put to bed with a clear, unambiguous RNS that answers questions and leaves investors in no doubt as to where we are in the FSP and what realistically lies ahead. To date I wouldn’t say we’ve had a single one of those! As things stand absolutely anything could happen.

There’s an awful lot of effort going into manipulation here but to what end none of us really knows. Maddening in the extreme and testing patience but what can you do. I keep doing dummy sells of 250k shares and every time within a split second someone is willing to snap them up. Just makes me stay the hand from that sell button...

Mad Stork: that's a pitiful post. I seriously worry for individuals when I read such desperate posts. Ridiculously negative and not based on any kind of intelligent or balanced research. That said, I also have genuine concern for those who post messages dreaming of outright sale prices equal to £3.50+ per share. Not going to happen.

Personally I like to steer my thoughts gently down the middle of the road and if anything amazing happens then it will be a wonderful surprise. We have seen one RNS released after another with really good news and yet nearly everytime the market greets it with massive scepticism.
