The difference between the volume of buys and sells is less than £15k for the whole day. That cannot possibly equate to what is now almost a 10% drop in the share price without some kind of shenanigans going on. Ganfeng can't be responsible for this and neither can Secker, although he does have a devilish knack of finding ways to damage the value of the BCN share price when you least expect it :)
Flipping irritating but I think it's fun and games for the mms who are setting this up. I'm not ramping, honestly. It's just that this scenario makes more sense than anything else I can think of given what's happened over the last few hours. I'm down a shedload more than £14k so have got to try and stay calm and believe there is still hope something good is on the horizon.

Secker and BoDs will not be kept on and paid fat cat salaries by Ganfeng should a Take over occur. GF will have their own people who can fulfil the required roles (just as well if not better) for far less money. Neither do I believe Ganfeng will happily give out handsome back handers to these guys - it's a Chinese Company and they are Communists after all! I do agree that they could easily out smart Peter Secker however. If Ganfeng want to take over completely then they can do it without paying Secker and Co a bean. BCN is now in such a weak position (Bravo Peter) it is the plaything of GF. If GF seriously wanted to have the lot then they would have done it today at 27p. The difference between that and 25p is peanuts for them so I'm actually doubtful this is the play.
This and the fact that the kind of volume we are talking about today (which is tiny) doesn't add up to GF playing games or lining something up. I now think it's MMs priming the BCN sp ready for some serious action in the next few days or couple of weeks because they know news of some sort is due.

It would be a great opportunity if I could buy anything. Not getting a price even for £100! Can do a dummy sell for £5k no problem. Buggers.

One other possibility is that the sp is indeed being walked down to 25p in order for Ganfeng to take up their option of buying another 20% of BCN. If news was announced shortly after that showing BCN then had all the necessary funding in place for the porject to go full steam ahead the sp would rocket and Secker and co could then do very nicely from those recent options....

Actually couldn't this be mm's fun and games? Walking the sp down as far as they can and then jumping in for profits on a sudden spike? Just seems too obvious and too quick for Ganfeng to be responsible for this and, as I understand it, Secker and BoDs will not be able to make the most of those options issued yesterday at these low prices, so why would they have bothered putting out that RNS?

Any thoughts Wolfi? Or are you out now? Had you down as a lth.

But if it goes as low as 25p can Secker and co still exercise their options that were announced yesterday? I thought the sp had to be above 33.5p?

How low could the sp be for a Take over? 25p?

Even if Secker and BoDs receive some nice bonuses from a Take over their reputations will be in shreds. Can't imagine anyone will want to invest in anything they touch after this fiasco.

No mention of Hanwa in that annual report. Is that because that particular agreement was put in place before this financial year?

Trying to see something positive in this RNS: is it naive to suggest they have put this self-rewarding option in place knowing full well good news is just around the corner?

I didn't start selling until the sp first hit 35p in Aug by which time I'd started to question the wisdom of sticking around. Lot of really dodgy stuff on AIM but I was convinced BCN was going to be different. Poor communication from BCN and, to put it mildly, an unusual sp reaction to positive news means I now feel this is too much of a lottery to have too big an investment in. I absolutely still wish all lths the best of luck though.

Horribly frustrating share this one. Good news and de risking have seemingly damaged the sp. Not sure the non-communication modus operandi can be trusted. No one wants to put money into something that drops on good news again and again and then have no explanation. Owing to the illogical reaction of the sp I'm nearly entirely out. Had 2m shares in here by end of May and should - of course - have got out when it was hovering in the late 40's. Like an idiot I expected it to keep going up on positive news concerning funding and Ganfeng's involvement being approved by Chinese authrorites. Only leaving 100k shares in now and will wait (and wait) to see if anything happens or BCN get taken to cleaners by Ganfeng. Fully expecting this to drop to about 25p in the next couple of months and perhaps finally pick up towards the end of next year as the project nears some production

Think I'm now hoping Ganfeng will just bid to take over the whole show though as I'm far from convinced Secker can turn this to share holders advantage. What would they have to pay for a complete Takeover? 75p? £1? £1.50?

And by the time the firework is lit here it'll be pouring with rain and there won't be anyone around to watch it....

Are people here expecting/hoping for any more news of any import? Anything that might have a positive/negative effect on the sp? Or is it now a case of just waiting a few months until Ganfeng get everything up and running?

LSE share chat page indicates there have been 3RNSs today but I can only see 2. Simply a mistake?

I would not be in the least bit surprised if there was a major announcement shortly after that BM that will give this sp a significant boost. Not ramping, I promise.

Have I imagined this or is the first BCN Board Meeting with the newly appointed member from Ganfeng (Vice President no less) happening today?
