With regards to Cornerstone I meant they only have a free carry up to feasibility, but beyond that they have to contribute. At feasibility stage they have to pay back part of the costs incurred to date, granted they have the option to offset the debt from the proceeds of their share of the future profits from the mine but it still has to be paid, and they can only set those debts against future returns if they maintain their share. They have to pay 10% of the development costs of the mine and if they dont pay their interest is diluted and can be bought out.
