SVB the process also far gone, 2 years, memorial submitted, Mexico response also,. and now from SVB again, hearing in oct 2025.

Claim close to 400m market cap 7.4 (!) m usd. Lit fin ok flr 9.5 m usd, law form BSF and Tom Foden.

Anyway, if you want a portfolio of such - which is really a wise rational intention - then it also worth to read after and give a shot. (SVB has a great writing of their case, i ll look after and link.

But you are right not easy to come across such straight forward cases as PAT where as a layman you also have the conviction of a win finally.

ZEN also have the advantage of already won ICC1.

Hi Gareth, no the lit fin company is not known. Pro is that amy other activity goes in the sister company Almadex. AMM has a.debt towards DEX, but will sell an asset and will settle that this year. BSF (the same as with GRX) is the law firm. Honestly its hard to asses what are their chances, but this indigineous stuff is not the real base for their screwing up, as far as read. Guess the lit fin company and BSF saw the reason to go on with the case.

The ratio of mc and claim is extremely low still, considering the legal staff, and that the process is far gone, tribunal ready, memorial submitted, expexted hearing this autumn, etc.

Comparing AMM with other earlier cases in Mexico many (and grok).think this is far more well based. Classic expropriation sort of, mining (silver and gold) so all the factors I seek.

As for EML, someone get to the conclusion indirecrly that the lit fin firm is probably Burford (based on one of their riports - sum and geographical location.)

In PAT we have a telegramm group, if interested, may discuss anything closely or losely related, but there are a huge number of pinned docs articles links. You may find them useful.

As for other lit fin cases: dont you look beyond London? Although with a different profile and background you may find excellent early phase cases with huge potential. A solid precondition for me is the lit fin background (with the exception of ZEN), and famous succesful law firm. you know BSA well (won nice award with GRX against Poland). They are also the lawyers of AMM Almaden Minerals against Mexico. Do you know the case? There tribunal is set, memorial submitted, claim is huge (1 bn ) market cap is still around 1 % of claim, and as far as I know hearing will be held around 2025 october. This AMM is my next play I plan to devote more time to search on, and have pos in it .

I think about one third may be the african asset value of current sp, but I am sure markets are not efficient, and the sp rising partly due to gold price rise, that may effect on claim size, but at least the same effect is due to the soc deadline coming closer, and also that some may have heard about this stock only recently. This is a niche story still.

That may change after the news.

Hamz and Jmuk may I ask what is the threahold for you to invest into arbitrstion cases? Do you play only for early stages phases, or go for the longer term and succesful arb and faviurable rulings?

Aand where do you gather info on arb cades, and what others are you in, have on your watchlists?

I must admit I only know two significant cases of LIT, have a belief both will have a menaningful effect on its balance. I expect Greenx annulment procedure to conclude later this year, and hope that PAT will be a huge win for them in a few years.

Well some idea additionally. I have incidentaly came across a news on inv com that Almade may sell an asset in the summer, then read a bit more. Totally oversaw the fact that they dont have 200m usd claim anymore, but 1 bn.

Searched for some article on their case, and leveled up my pos.

1 bn claim / 12m usd market cap.

They also have those ticks in the boxes.I need to take risks in these (ICSID, have lir fin, famous succesful law firm, huge multple between claim and market cap, has assets (that may be and planned to be sold, and loans towards its sister company only (DEX), mining (silver and gold) and expropriation, more easily assesable and countable damage thus claim, )Etc. Some dont like cases against Mexico , but as I found, earlier case where opposed to huge claim only a rel small award was ruled were for accetpable and fair reasons and arguments.

So I think AMM is also worth read after.
