If I think about it how I did in the past: before any other consideration, I needed to see the reward, then tje risks. To have any idea on reward (so the potential award) I needed to know the claim first to get to a ratio against market cap....

My guess is silence for at least 3-6 months.

Also thats my hope as other plays conlude or develop.by then, I will have the means to invest into Emmerson again.

Not to mention the need for filter some here....

Gal I agree that many here are or will trading, but as we discussed recently, this stock is still a niche, many havent heard of it. Many of you spent huge ammount of time researching, reading, and thinking of the whole story. But a lot of potential investors are not yet here. Nordics are fond of arb cases, they love them as thes stated, but even investornytt which is really active in ZEN havent heard about it.

So I believe SOC may make the headline, and many will come, speculators and those also who plays for the distant endgame (or not that distant early settlement.)

After SOC, an early settlement in ZEN arounf or after their summer ruling in SCC2 may also do a wonder here for liquidity, as expectations and perceives or assesed chances for a similar outcome would rise significantly just as the investable capital.

I wouldnt regard GREENX as a pure arb case anymore, they won against Poland ,annulment prcocedure is going , but i think chance is close to zero for them to be succesful, regarding the famous arbitrators. So they will surely pay eventually, and on 2025.

And also an interesting although not arbitration but litigation, NAK/NDM Northern Dynasty Mineral, an enormous copper and gold projekt in Alaska, in litigation with Alaska state in their side, a true binary stuff, but with Trump, new EPA leadership, and EPA -s 90 day request to rethink the litigation (around 40 day.left - a great chance of removing its veto by then), it maybe has more chance to get the trigger to have a similar spike that could be seen in 5 and 9 years ago.as a minimum.

But in the shorter timeframe PAT is in focus (SOC anytime, max in 3-4 weeks), and ZEN (their next ruling will be in early summer).

(I have directed my focus towards another field also recently, really hot, REE but fundamentally a much better play,.then those -as an investment buddy use to say - poster childs of the theme you can witness today with 25-50 % rise only today... check Myles Mcnulty on X and his substacks on MKA Mkango Resources, even without these days developments that would be potentially huge, but Trump Tariffs and especially the chineese retaliatory REE and magnet controll are the ultimate bleasing for them....)

As for arb plays, ETM was more of a play, I retained some,

My strategic large position is Panthera Resources, many couldnt even heard about that, as their SOC is only due on may 16 the latest. Might be somewhere between 1-3 bn, market cap a bit more than 30m usd, wont be any dilution, amd gold.prices really may helps as it is a gold mine dispute against India, a really strong case. I recomend to read Swen Lorenz great piece on PAT.

All we need ia getting over appeal.

My strategy is to wait till some of my other arb stories concludes, and / if succsesfully, I will scale up my position in BUR again aggressively. It wont matter if it will be done at 9 p or 11 p.

Fact is that many havent heard of PAT yet even among those who like and prefer arb plays.

Just read on ZEN board that many scandinavians love these arb. plays, then I politely asked simply on email investornytt, and they didnt knew PAT.

So many will have on their radar only after SOC, with news on the solid certain claim. (ZEN is traded in Oslo as a main market, maybe thats a reason for their interests ).

Hopefully we can reach the presentation after the summit.

In case of GREENX the set aside procedure is going, and although a tiny, but there is a chance for that to be succesful (it wont be...) additonally there is also a chance for a settlement with discount (I dont think the form would accept that, but theoretically they could need cash, etc, so might happen, but I doubt), and finally it kay happen that Poland wont pay for long (I doubt, after the conclusion of the annulment request, they will pay fully.

So thus are those discounts currently compared to the award.

Aside from a dramatic collapse in the stock market, when even Gold price tend to weaken temporarely, I think we wont see any significant, and especially lasting setback.
