There is a telegram group estabilshed by one of the most well informed / well researched guy, and many contributed. There are a lot of pinned info. But more easy to read Swen Lorenz excellent piece on the case., and the follow up with some new apsects (and info on 9 other cases.)

Any claim must be backed be detailed model calculations, not a back of the envelope quick calc. This is a bit more difficult than we think.

So no I dont think simply submitting a larger claim would end up a larger award... :-)

Well, I agree.

Not to mention that the SOC and the claim size is really important, but the excitement is so radical here for some, asif we were to wait the final ruling already... :-)

The only such document I have ever read is SVB-s memorial. Always worth a read for those interested in such cases, how they argue, etc . And the counter memorial also.

Hi thats not EML related, only an example of a huge arb case thats in a more advance stage, memorial already submitted, and the timeline is already known (hearing expected autumn 2025 )

Other actual current case is PAT Panthera Resources, they are expected to submit their Statement of Claim (SOC) late next week the latest (16 may). There the sum of the claim is not known yet, but expectes to be rel huge (somewhere between 1-3 bn usd).

EML already has lit fin, and they submitted the RFA last week. Thats an early stage still.

The previous CRMA round proved to br a great opportunity, for the longer term but also for short term triggered event risk sort speculation.
