I completely agree. Being in at ruling is a total different risk profile than riding the slow steady rise from exteeme chrap to the relatively cheap levels, which may be multibagging in that early phase.

(Thats where we are still in EML, and in PAT, AMM, SVB, and EQX...)

Any procedual flow were, or tribunals indepemce impartiality questonalbe (or their background history (RKH - one trubinal was convicted 30 years aho.), or the quality of the judgement is poor etc. Low percemt success probability , but not zero.
