Not you nor me have given any new source to the company. We bought shares in the open market, from other earlier shareholders. I guess neither you nor anyone else could take part in placings, where investors really bring in new capital. On the open market there is huge volume in many days. There are no such valid or applivable phrase that loyal shareholders, at least to my mind.

Otherwise if you think about it, any sepc div announcement in advance to the ex div day would cause sp to fairly price in the div payment opposed to the other wqy around.

SC are you sure special dividends work like that? (Announcement day -1 = ex -div date)?

To recognize these patterns is almost impossible due to wide MM spread between bid/ask . So it is probably a false find out.

Well not being able to grasp that even as low as 5 % probability (or 1 %) doesnt mean you cannot end up with that scenario eventually. So any decision may depend on personal preferences (how may it hurt vs how glad you are if the other way around), and pos size.

If you started from 0.3 -0.4 NOK, and not with pocket money, not sure letting all profit on the table reflects the higher IQ than derisking some....

Magoo one question: how do you know when the ruling will come out? It can arrive anytime from a few weeks to two month.

One remark: the writer hints to the ruling in a few weeks as if it would be on a larger sum then ICC2.... something is not really accurate,,or I just misunderstood the writer

Midmod, you are right that asset seizure against a sovereign state has some limitations, there are protected or inmune assets, and getting local courts decisions to seize certain stste owned assets may be time consuming, but far from impossible. There are many exreme examples

One remark: an unpaid or unsettled arbitration award cannot be regarded as sovereign default. But obviously doesnt look good.

SC you obviously cannot seize any Tunesian exported goods or payment for them, only state related stuff, or maybe (after special procedure) state owned entities related

Adding only one thought: making difference between "investors" and trading.

Should consider how many minutes did you spend with this "stock" aside from last week and yesterdays pushing referesh buttons, compared to Ceo, his collegues, board, financiers and the expert in the law firm's minutes, hours, days, weeks, months. And years.

Some respect and humbleness wont hurt I think.

As faf as I am concerned , I am not here for any soc trading, but have already found the appropriate corner on my account , and will let is sleep there for long, thats sure.

(Probably I mentioned, once you experience a 10.or 20 folding with any share , then you will be hunting similar opportunities. Its hard to find, even harder to persist and hold, but should chose pos size and risk taking approriately, and if anything happens it cannot harm, then holding even for years through any rollercoaster is not that impossible.
