I witnessed many times that London market is not that efficient. Thinking about whether its possible to see huge mismatch between SPAC price and .MKA -s share price. If so, with inefficient market and small volume in London, may try some arbitrage.

Actually there must be some additional raises to reach 20MWp acquisition till year end. Not sure what percentage the award will be of the claim, but the speed of collecting has more relevance from this aspect. Getting a huge award would make the sp skyrocket, thus the next placings will be held at even more favoursble prices.
