Threeputt, yeas they would I think obliged to report. On the other hand, the seizure is not that quick process, but the easiest of all will be this 9.7 m. Not that huge money, and they have them in bank accounts. Simply more time needed to conclude the process. They could easuly sell this debt, but with a discount, and the company is not in the need. It wont be rational. When they would win huge award, it might happen I think partly, but only when they will see Tunesia want or reluctant to pay

I had some debate with a few here maybe end of last year or in january, I told asset seizure is not a simply sudden quick stuff, dont expect any update for a longer period of time.

But this 9.7 m usd will be the easiest part.

NTTL in what timeframe do you expect this movement?

Do you belong to those who expect a sudden wild move for SOC?

I can imagine, and also a slower pace As SOC will make the headlines, but many will need to time to digedt the news, also the whole story. So I wouldnt be impatient. Agree wirh Gal, as I am also here mainly for the endgame even if its far away in time.

All arbitration investment carry risk, obviously, but these arguments are so powerful I believe, that give PAT story a differerent risk reward ratio.

The whole legal process in India then the auction, typical "smoking gun", as they say.

Actually I started to search after these arbitration cases, as I thought altough much riskiers but with a portfolio or statistical approach, dealing with them as quasi options, larger profits may be reached. Besides BUR I went agter LCM - cases (GRX, now PAT), found accidentelly ZEN, then searched for Tim Fodens cases and BSF (Tanzania, MON then Mexico SVB and lately AMM).

I think PAT is superior, then comes ZEN in my mind, AMM also. EML would come to fruition later.

So one aspect what may we win in BUR or LIT with succesful mining arbitration, but with a completely different approach, risk taking abd managent, and obviously through different tocket sizes these cases offer great opportunities.

Pk maybe you are not in the PAT telegramm group. We had a theory that considering the chief arbitrator strong academic financial background, it s worth operating with a few differrent sort of financial model, different methods and some different assuptions. Thus giving an opportunity of choice for him. Amd as a result the claim may start from (a rel conservative but nice number, but extent to really large even extremely large number (depending on methods, elevated gold price, potential size of gold reserves and resource, royalty etc.). So that the potential extreme higher and could not only make the headlines, but may ve frightening to India, leading to a potential settlement in time

May add that many tend to believe that when we invest into a stock by buying in open market we give our capital to the company. Thats false, we give our money to previous shareholders who sold.. Not any new source for the company.

I mean not one sum but a range will be the claim.

I expect a wider range of the claim: 1.3 bn -3 bn.

(Shear maybe you read Swens piece piece today on arb cases. The one I would cite here is AMM. They have have already submitted their memorial, cc 1 month ago, and the official claim is 1 bn. Market cap even with todays 30 % move is less then 20m. They may get to hearing in the autumn this year. So they are a bit more advance stage.)
