Have you spent even a few minutes to look at the chart history / read a few article whats this project is all about / understand that thi is a 0 or 10-20-50 multibagging / and consided risks involved?? Just saying its all the same to buy at 2 or at 5 p. Eventually it will be 0 or 50-100 or whatever.

Those lth you mentioened are not here for 30 or 50 %. This stock presently is already practically close to zero. Progress is really made as Phulbari is mentioned by gov officials and not a taboo, and many factors point to the direction that the chances (!) are much better now. Hasina is gone, interim dont have right to decide but they make the preparations for the next gov.

We knew placing will come, now its behind.

I am really curious for edicational and entertaining purposes, what sort of evidences and arguments could the defendant come up with. And the faces of lawyers when they discuss those stuff such as the permit was meant to be given, but withdrawn, that a real written reason was the change of the name of the company, etc.

(Similarly I cannot imagine what Polands lawyers could argur for their set aside request. Only such documents I have ever read is GBU -s annulment request, which I really enjoyed, and SVB -s detailed submitted docs, which I find also as a well written logical legal work ).

Funny how others here are in a similar boot as me, this case and the stock seems so straightforward that we need some extraction to deal with other stories while waiting. :-)

And you could make a 3-4 bagging from that time. I think beside temporary turning this board into an arb investment brain storming info sharing stuff, I made you upset by mentioning this period will be 100 % about the arbitration, and with a bit of luck in timing, you can make more or quicker profit dealing with it this way than with a conventional mine investment .

You all should do a brain storming and find out a really striking name for the spac and the firm. At least half of USAR succes stems from its timing and its name, I believe...

I reconsidered my stance, and reading on MON board made me that.

Small investors as us come and go, expecting profit in shorter or longer period of time, and think always that a management or ceo-s task is making ua happy, while they should optimize always for us.

In a company there stakeholders, many of them (ceo board staff lth shareholdersl may have professional and emotional ties to the company. In theory their first and foremost task or purpose is doing the business right. They have a core business (in my arb investments mainly exploration or mining). and set aside retirement intention, naturally they turn to other businesses, fields , related to the previous core. Of course eventualy profit and money is what all stekholders are in, but thats only a consequence of their successful operation. So its not completely correct from us to expect pulling all profit or award etc out of the firm even if that fits to our own (shorter term financual or investment style) aims.

Thus turning to new businesses is totally right I think, even it is not optimal for me as a (small) arbitration investor.

Obviously there cannot be any investment into any core business, that can make a similar performance as the succesful arbitrations.

Thus this placement cannot be in small shareholders interests.

Only consolation is its rel small scale.
