Your (and my) shares represents a bit smaller portion of the company. those took part in the placing may or may not exercise their right with their shares I dont know, but they can omly sell after that specific date.

I really doubt many would sell on case its correct that they could only buy aroind 1/3 that they intended.

Whats more, probably they were partly the adsitional buyers recently who sent the sp higher (besides those who deemd the placing as a last dilution, and those who have read about PAT first time thanks to Swen Lorenz, and Marcon Mich ). So why would they sell of they have just bought more? And most of them are for the longer term. Not saying that 30-50 or 70 % profit is tiny, but on a risk /reward base,, the aim is not that.

Its not that hard to achieve 20-30-40 % profit with trading , so many opportunity out there, with a bit of luck with good timing with well based research, but getting into potential multibaggars is not that easy. Different story different approach.

How many poster wrote that they traded RML, or NDM, both multibagged previously and said what a mistake was not to be patient.

Would be happy if someone would write a piece on ZEN, many in the us would be interested, but lack of any full complete writing on ZEN (as Marcin on EML or Swen Lorenz on PAT).

Of course many will come with a short sighted approach. Its really hard to deal with a stock that you expect a real huge multibagging in the long term. Before it rises, the few ten percent moves that would be excellent performance in other plays is tempting, and its not that easy to have a strong mind and discipline to look at it differently (I had the similar experience in in RML... ) and then when it fewfolds, not easier to hold on to longer term aim.

And many just cannot comprehend how these cases progresses, what timescale can or should be expected etc. On ZEN board many expressed their frustration that after 5 folding why isnt there any more sudden move, after a hearing why it takes a few month to have a ruling, after a ruling why cannot seize the company award asap, in one or two month etc. So unrealistic expextations may be expressed.

Luckily we have real huge milestones here coming, and in a really short period of time.

I am sure what we experience is partly the well done placing and subseqent buying from those couldnt take part fully,

And partly the mere fsct, that thousands read the excellent articles, which gives a full picture.

Till this weekend a really narrow group of investor knew about the story, even on other similar stocks chatrooms from this same arbitrstion space guys havent heard about PAT.

This has changed, you are the really early here.

I think its not accurate or proper to calculate like that.

This 5 % thumbrule at this stage involves probability of loosing, or winning but only a fraction of claim, also usual lawyer.costs or lit fin success fees etc.

When many ask seeing the 1st on list, what the F is PAT, they may navigate themself here... :-)

Aside from some reckless pumpers, no one said that enforcments and asset seizures are a matter of weeks or a few month

On theory after discount placement some usually sell it immediately.

But here it seems that according to news only a few could take part in the placing, and they could only buy about one third compared to what they intended, and were selected as potentually long term holders (not ro a few ten percent gain, but for multibaghing in the longer term) they are not expexted to sell.

Placong effect is the one you see know, those with 1/3 pos decided to buy on open market, and there is smaller risk after the placing regarding delution.

And the effect, when the rel unknown stock and story become a bit more known, the info spread widely, than some new buyers may arrive here. Maybe that also have started.

Some ignorant pumper wrote that ruling may come in a few days or weeks.

Expected ruling in summer was told a few times.

Excellent opportunity to buy back and build pos again.

In this space, a few month is a really short period of time.

(Here corporate relatsd news will come permanently.

That said it may be worth looking at other cases where some milestones are imminent.
