I do believe the placing made it possible to some investor to get on board in this size it would be impossible even in a longer period without meaningful sp rise.

Thats the positive side. The price level of placing is more or less the level we were a few months ago.

So not that dramatic, I think.

I dont expect early settlement these days. Only after / around summer ruling.

Kinda from now on my screen will turn totally green... :-)

Plainly: even after a won award, a significant discount usually remains till the actual payment, as it or at least its timing is never completely certain.

But in Zenith case, the win of one of its huge arbitration (ICC2) is a great precedent for the other huge ICSID, so maybe we may reach closer to the actual won award in SP terms, without meaningful discount

Expected in this summer.

If a win, and it should be really, sp depends on the award, but even if that is lower than claimed, as there is the ICSID ruling next year, the sp will mirror that potential to some extent also.
