Compared to Northern Dynasty Minerals (NAK/NDM), which would you prefer? Those arguments you mentioned but with a western jurisdiction, changing political environment, support from state Alaska, beside pending litigation... also enormous potential but lack the possible problems from Ecuador.

I need to educate myself on MM operation. Honestly I dont know enough of them.

What if soms decent buy volume arrive here lets say around SOC. And most of current shareholders will not want to sell any. (I guess no one here is for 30 or 50 % gain).

So assuming we win the cases thats not an angle to worry.

As far as potential dilution concerned, when any hurdle felt, the option of selling the claim, or selling a ruled award with discount, or have a lit finance firm are there. The currently low sp have so much reserve to any of them (even with a 50 % or 30 % award) that only the binary risk, ala win or lose is that anyone should take into consideration, thus managing risk taken at this phase.

(When someone write that 2025 summer is so far away... in arbitrations, after final hearing, that timefrime is literaly jist the hone stretch.

Guess how I got to.PAT board. I kind goy recomended me to check on CEO.CA Rusoro.Mining (or Gold Reserve on Stockhouse I cant remember)..I could continue.

Manfor is not pessimistic, other cases trading around 5 % of total claim is usual before hearings and ruling. Never seen 20 or 30 %. Logical, many cases the awarded sum is finally 30 % or 50 % of the original.claim. Before ruling the risk is always there to lose the case.

As.for the 130m vs 200m as 6 vs 9. Related costs were added to the oroginal claim, thats why it was higher

You cannot extrapolite the same percentage to 130 m... the litigation costs wont be twenty times of that.

Where do we know the interest rate on award? Is it different from date of exprotriatoon to ruling, and after ruling?

Do we know exactly what is the connection betweem this dronr company and Zenith? They were stockholders and are forced to sell?

Repricing from a possible early settlement to a more usual percentage of total claim, before hearings and well before ruling.

I would prefer as recovery specialist Burford Capital...

Market would like that also.

I dont expect a.huge uplift, at least not above 2 NOK.

We have rached 7-8-9 % of total claim at that price. If early settlements chance are lower, hearings and esp rulings are well ahead of us, with their binary risks, thus I think we wont exceed 10 % of claim at least for now
