I think fair valuation should consider that from what date could the mine have been in operation,.then calculate.with the real historical prices the profit could have been made, and extraplite the present price to the future, next x year, 10 or 20, applying futures prices or some estimations,.then discount that.

Maybe asess the mines value with a comparable one (as you refered to de grey) , and make some weighing.

So not only one gold price is applicable, but real historic data for the past, and current and extrapolited or estimated to the present and future

My bet is that many retailers came to the nees of the huge rise, for a quick ride. After 5-10 folding in 1.5 month, I guess its natural to drawdown, even significantly (I also tend to pull out my initial capital maybe some more from similars - here Ive made that but started to top up again, as I could miitigate the drop with the arb spread switch I wrote (from Oslo to London, 20 %). So as early settlement wont be here at least not this week or the next, many came late for this first phase, could decide to cut losses, and sell.

Patience is a virtue, many lack. So we will have opportunity to top up at lower prices I guess.

Let me make a few remarks. Lady of Aim guy seemingly had quite good info on timing of ICC1 ruling, thus probably has some source.

Your sentences sound to me that you may be a layman in this sphere, and blame that x poster for your previus losses.

Be careful: when you read posts, that are too certain in results of procedures that cannot take for granted, and dont have a balanced view, dont mention what can go wrong (there are always such risks) then you should be more careful, and try to gather more info and read more.

Making losses is not only.possible by losing the litigations here, but if someone is not prepared for a zigzag like move, greater draw backs, or worse news, and decide on abruptly of selling.

So before you make your bets, search for more info make well based decisions .

And commence this by looking after those posts that reveal the risks and always appreciate them.

What about loosing the case on court?

ICC1 was about unpaid sold oil if I am right. The other cases are about expropiration like claim, for estimated calculated losses. We may get a ln award half of the sum of claim. Or 30 %. Or zero, as sometimes it is the case, here I doubt that.

Tunesia has a good reputation of paying arbitration awards. What if this time we have to chase them for longer peridod, and trying to seize many asset items, small scale, etc.

Lawyers shouldnt be confused with lit financiers. They dont have risk and stake.financially. May earn more the longer the procedure last

I dont want to sound negative, or offend anyone here, but this no risk at all, certainly get the full amnount of claim till the last cent / penny easily, rapidlyn only a matter of time is stupid. If that would be the case no claimant would agree on discounted early.settlement ever.

Thanks Putup I really appreciate. I know the worst case scenario here, total mess, war, ruin, etc..

What is your best case scenario? To what extent would expect a rise in a few month or this year, if everything goes perfectly well? ( i have some litigation plays in other stocks, quite promising, but even these high risk stuff must be diversificated. So need to balance somehow, and decide. I am fresh here rel, and have pos from around 120p.

If you asess the current situation as you wrote, why only one tenth of your holding that you decided to sell?

Honest question, I appreciate your arguments.

Not to mention if we are forced to start asset seizure.procedures. Time and money consuming.

We need every cash source to go along the path in a secure way.

So i dont expect any div after ICC1 payment. Thats amount along with the placements will have to be used on financing the arbitration and the lawyers. Litigation costs must be covered somehow, we chose to finance ourself not through a lit financier. The option is open, instead of placement we could sell part of claims, but I am afraid in this phase that would be a really bad deal, much worse than a lit finance firm success fee. (And the latter is usually non-recourse, selling a stake has similar effect, but greater discount, etc)

In brief: ICC1 once amd when paid has its purpose already. For the greater good. :-)
