Now I see 8.50 / 10 bid offer...

I regard myself as a risk aware investor, playing for longer term succesful perfomance. With a few really great multibaggers in my investing /trading history, I levelled up the stakes. Have a dozen of arb cases and stocks, as an aggressive speculative portfolio (dont want to miss any, but hard to tell which will come to fruition first. ZEN amd PAT are by far my largest, and I hold a significant ammount in both, and have plan to gear up soon.

Thats why I hunt for well balanced views pro and cons also.

Could you share your thoughts on the ICC2 and ICSID litigations?

How do you see the chances, what would you expect, do you expect early settlement, etc ?

Seem to me, your knowledge exceeds calculating spec div sums in advance. Thats quite appealing to me.

In London you may see the MM bid or ask price on your monitor. 8 or 10 %... why should TYB tell every time that in Oslo. Thats the main market, with high volume, narrow spread.

And if you followed oslo in the morning quite high volume happenned early.

We are the early pioneers here (ok I am late comer, but maybe at around right time.

Fact is all specification you listed are right - at least at this very moment, but not for too long. Maybe one exception: claim in SOC is probably, certainly more than in case of Greenx, thus min. 800m.

A promise you, after SOC, this will be microcap, we will know the claim, will have cash (lit finance helps, and WA assets also), and liquiditiy will arrive.

Volume, clearer sp, no MM -s spread etc. In calm times there are no spread between the two stock exchange. Etc.

Hi, I am not sure, that after ruling in absence of.payment due in time, additional costs can be added to the award, and interests, latter should be enough esp. at greater ammounts.

But as I said before, hard to overestimate how beneficial an early settlement can be opposed to a long hard seizure procedure, in many parts, many jurisdictions, sometimes for years. But a pro law firm can make them some really uncomfortable situation, in international financial transactions, around bond payments etc. Not to mention the obviois disgrace on international stage.

Volume there is only pocket money.
