What makes me calm regarding dilution beside you have already come up with, is the fact that as a plan B (or plan Z).they have the opportunity to apply for litigation finance if needed, but it ia their very own choice and path not to.

Interestingly the 20-30 % spread between Oslo and London in sp seemingly fully closed .

What a genious move (aka. luck ) with the last weeks swapping from Oslo to London with 20 % premium... :-)

Potential dilution is one of the first and obviuos risk factor anyone should start with when investing / speculating like here. And thats why the timeframe till conclusion (not only ruling -which may have risks in itself - but final real payment.) If ruling drags on, and after that getting paid is far,and costly (asset seizures etc) that may hurt.

Placing done at a tottaly correct.price, insiders also making their bets with their own money.

So I think nothing to be bothered here,unless you certainly waites full payment and galactic spec div till this friday.. :-)

Nothing is smooth amd easy to make multibaggers. SP 10 folded in weeks, and some outragous that cant make additonal 3-4 bagger in days... unbelievable.

Deck, fact is I know nothing of any details of Rusoro Minings rule other than the.actual award.

I read about this company (along with GRZ) but in a different context. Not as an arbitration, more of opportunities on distress debts.

At that time Venezuelas debt a. couldnt be bought due to us sanctions, b even if could have been reachable, Rusoros mc vs award was much lower than the % market value of vz bonds. Opposed to the fact that a canadian stock can be bought easier in a cost effective way, and sanctions dont applie to the tramsactions, amd commercial debts has different, more.bemeficial rules than simple sovereign debt etc. So simply to rebalance this strange pricing meant 2-3 bagging. I bought it first based in that, but.for the longer term. Them come court decisioms on alter ego stuff, and became CITGO a subject of an auctiom process (which conclusiom postponed to this years summer.).

So in brief I only know the sum of award there. And started to follow and invest years after final ruling

1bn ->10%->100m -> 40p.

I think 5 % has a greater chance for a start. -> 20.p.

In time or with higher than 1bn it may be better.

Zenith has skyrocketed to around 8-10 % recently (altough on early settlemrnt talks rumours.) From 1-2 % back in dec.

When these start to move, it max be really stormy, quick, rapid.

I like this chair. RML as a reference, this infonreally made my day. A spent long month, even a full year following all the difficult process around that stock, but that was well after the beneficial ruling. (Over there after rulings, all firms had to wait till a judge ruled that VZ state oil firms indirect assets may be auctioned and sold in the US, thus made a chance for payment. Not clear for me when can the pipeline be opened physically, what significance is with this 16 usd, is that high low or what for the company, when read that there will be an assesment on real costs of production and tranportations could it change dramatically the price, to what extent can our profitability, and size change, and when. After court rulings and with this law ammendmend it clear that the operations in the past and in the future is declared to be completely legal, thus more secure and easier become a target of aquisitions of foreign oil giants, as BP.... etc.

Could you give me a quick briefing?

My plan is to hold on even for two to three years.

Below you can find a writing on case which surely be reported on regularly, as that may be the next huge blockbuster in this year (PAT).

The reason I posted is that he highlights some facts on the actual chairs ruling history. Rarely (never..) is the case that the claiments gets awarded fully for their claim.

That would also be an attractive scenario. Esp if its succesful. Against a (state) oil company I think its easier to grab bank accounts etc, they mqy have more easier seizable assets, than the state (which may appeal as many of its assets may serve diplomatic or other exemption purposes.).

Best would be get the payments in order when its due.

Only chance for NOT succesful annulment , in my view, is the defence of instititional fame, amd trustworthyness, and of those old pro arbitrators. Otherwise, obvioisly they breached a lot of basic principle.

SC I dont really think Ceo has in mind what some retailer in one or other chatboards think or write, especially not to post videos for that very reason. Apart from a case they want to issue some new shares (which is not the case I think) its all the same to them what we think.

As for the seller, think about it, when you invest into several story and made huge profit in a such a short period of time, you need to realize, on statistical basis, thats a neccesaty . 3-4-5-10 bagging is not that regular usual as many think, esp with higher volume where a fund can realize without ruining its profit.

I changed my mind. I was here also for a quick potential huge move, but am now ready to wait even 1 5-2 years

Of there will be no early.settlement we will have the chance to rebuy at half of present sp. Those for extra quick profit and those in the red would sell swiftly. Thats also a good opportunity, but early.settlement betweem 200-400 m would be the greatest.
