Gal, the high speed rapid investing and info gathering tyle was the extraction for me (due to a sad tragedy in my wider family), somehow limit and exhaust my thoughts and mind. Periodically and basically I always turn back to the slow motion calm style, even as I am a full time private investor. It is a usual mistake even with millionairs that someone gets to be prisoner and addicted to its investments and wealth. Woth a decent (passive ) income the low stress level, and free time allocated to family kids health and hobby that can be reached . A well structuted portfolio and invedtment style for the lomg, personally sustainable term is when its not needed to make decisiions permanently. And if for whatever reason not any change or decision is made for longer, not any problem arise.

I am usually extremely patient, but made one hurting mistake, read a good writing from Swen Lorenz on Rockhopper, liked the concept, exporation plus a litigation play, in a geographical area sounds exotic to me, bought, but sold with only a small profit. Then when it started its long overdue rising, and made a correctoon giving a.second chance, I missed.

I have times when neesed distraction from other things, but usually get exhausted, and appreciate the calm.again. This period lasted for a month, now I avoid daily chatboard and newesteading again.

Honestly for me as a laymen it seems so obvioisly flawed (arbitrators independence, impartiality etc are more than questionable), with the impression that till last moment even rom gov seemed to deal with the case as a lost done deal, that I see low but no zero chance to jave a succesful annulment request.

I like BUR, started luckily at 5.5-8, was extremely enthusiastic, then sold 2/3 of my pos between 11 and 13. That was overenthusiasm from me, and lack of discipline. But according to the timeline written below, I will get back again with more.

The path Arg on, their macro numbers, , their bond market, their stock market (Pampa, Ypf, etc?) all in one direction. Maybe it was a mistake to expect they will settle before all ways closed to avoid. 2025-2026 and they will agree on settlement with a huge discount.

Gal, referring to other ideas after the wonders in PAT, Zenith, Greenland Min ETM, maybe Equatorial, Greenx payment, etc.

My plan to reallocate to.LCM, but esp. to Burford. In the latter late 2035 and early 2026 could be THE time as Argies appeal will be done then, they are in a great path, will have the means and the intention also to agree on a settlement method., etc.

So with another bit wider statistical base what I expect wait hope for in PAT also: practically Zenith Energy got around 4-5 % from around 1 % of the claim in a really short period of time, in a few weeks. Difference, they were loss making (-) have debt (-), not lit finamce background (-, higjer risk of finance, +dont have to spare the pot clsim, although thats a question only at the end, won 1 out of 3 already (+), the smallest, thats may be a good step altough not any certsnty to the ramianing 2 huge one, but may make finance easier (+), final hearing is imminent (in a month) (+) and ruling in one case in summer (+). And rumors of an early settlement negotiation and second offer on table. Tunesia is said to have a good track rec of compying with arb rulings (havent checked), vs India (dont know).

So I think before 1st ruling they were riskier than PAT I think, and should rise at least 10 % of the claims, I expect PAT to rise to 4-5 % also after SOC, for its fin and law background.

Imagine catching early an RNS on early settlement, and can react instantly or in a few minutes . I dont know if reuters oe bloomberg montiors have these sort of info.

RNS on PAT SOC (assuming ei nice round number), or a sudden RNS on Zenith early settlement deal with Tunesia (in the 180-300 usd range would mean a quick several fold move).
