Pleaase do think about your decision making method. I am almost sure yoi are not familisr enough with arbitrations, what scenarios may come, at what timeline, and to be aware what could wrong and how. Take your time, and read from X Marcin Michaleks work on Emmerson (EML) where he has the scope and refers to many other cases also. Thats a brand new writing, and O cannot emphasize how useful. Dont be frightened by its length, well worth reading all pages !

Secondly, I amfraid you dont expect what should be expect. Even if our hoped scenario would come the ap will move in zig zag, huge moves on news then back etc.

If you are worry after todays move, you should try elsewhere, or reduce your positions meaningfully.

The optimal will be when you neither feel to much excitement nor are worried .

Astonished by a 10-20 % move in a stock which 4-5 folded. In a tiny company with 20m gbp maket cap.

Why? Because he is as many others are laymen, a retail small investor, reading from you and co that ita is certain and that is sure and 100 pct and on and on.

In a moral way it is a responsitbility to comment in that way.

Once again: if anything were total certsin here, the sp and market cap wouldnt be at these levels.

If you are intetrsted for similar (arbitrations) stoties with extremely huge potential,

besides Zrenith, I recommend you to look at Marcin Michalek on X.

Literally at this moment he is holding a teams discussion with the CEO of Panthera Resources (PAT), they have an arbitrstion in process against India, backed by a strong litigation financier, have one of the best mining law firm with them (they won te prize 15 times), and the phase is waiting for SOC (sum of claim) which may be between -2 bn usd . Mc cap is 16m gbp. Thats my favourite case for the bsckground, and the timing.

There is another case at the really early stage, Emmerson (EML) against Marocco. Marcin wrote and posted an 80 page analyses on that, but really worth a read, as there are reference to other cases, and many useful info and ststistics about these, so anyone start to deal with this kind of investments, may widen his knowledge.

And there is a real lottery ticket kind, Energy Transfer Mineral (Old name Greenland Minerals), against Greenland and Denmark, with Burford Capital finance, 11 bn claim, 50m marcrt cap (20m was recently), with Trump their case may be in the crosshair of geopolitocal plays

Guys, this stock have just started to rise... 2-3 folded in a very short period of time... and have a huge potential. All of us should be happy with the performance and the prospects!

Many times after settlement come the otherwise sensible ans acceptable arguments about certainty, avoidance of a potemtialy long and hard and costly way of lit process, etc .

But, you are right, presently the realy imsoder and solid info is from the CEO himself, and he told many times what you quoted.

At the same time I also believe that although solid news will move the sp here in tine, as other cases goes on their way, and mor and more investor will search after lit cases, and analyses discusses other cases will refer to Zenith also, many other newcomer will find their way here. Thus as they also will make their bets here, the sp inevitably will rise.

Thats one reason I think it is important to write sensible well ballanced comments here.

When you find somwhere only overenthusiastic views, without any mentioning of the riskier scenarios, itt could deter you and give a wrong impression.

There are some kind of posters who cannot comprehend that with their unbalanced overconfident repeting of their view only frighten away any new comer interested potential investor (as I consider mayself also even though I have my pos here with a bit of luck).

I have in my mind, that in this sphere of spec I is not a zero probability that I ll lose all my capital invested.

I crossed some of my self inflicted limits also these days. Sold some others and bought some more.

One of the most importsnt rules is to never fall in love with any stocks, whatever it is, even if it seems a " no brainer" as a fully respected expert told me regarding buying NAK till march-april.... :-)

And I believe my other favourite excellent writer with thousands of reader and followers will do his job.. With the expected claim this share will be the hottest.

Marcin will hold his teams discussion woih PAT ceo, in a few days. We will see that effect also I think.

If you plan to top up, should be really done on these weeks.

My small orders went through easily.

Only secret is not being eager to buy at best price.

7.5 or 8 or 8.5 penny. Eventually the same for me.
