In an unusual way, I made my.bets this morning, and after that I would like to gather as much info as I can (the usual way is the other way around....).

In case of Zenith some say on X and forums, the state is eager to settle out of court. But first proposal was dismissed as it was too law (120 m usd).

Well., if they could settle neyt year, their shareholders may find their way towards PAT.

There are many cases where early settlement makes a tribunals decision unnecessary.

With LCM and Fasken, we try to assess the chance of a finally succesful award.

Honestly, although there is a nano tiny chance they make such an enormous mistake, and the case even not accepted by the tribunal.

(In that very moment I would sell all my LCM shares .) But I would be really astonished in thaz case

That said, Gal is right, there is always a chance to be screwed in many ways.

I have just told one of my wealthy friends, PAT is well worth taking a look, but be careful, it might be too good to be true...

I planned to de-risk after SOC, but decided to grow my holding with buying more in the next few weeks.

Not that easy to pick which other stock should be abondoned for this one, but in this case its quite foreseeable that many news will come and many things will happen in only 3-4 month.

Yeah, I remember how lucky I felt with my timing, and after a while I decided to trade with half of my RML shares that I bought at 7c. 50 % wow, not bad then it exploded, as it was expected, and how stupid (unprofessional) I felt not sticking to my initial strategy. The remaining was sold ad a 5 then 10 and eventually arount 20 beggar.

The impression: nothing is far from the Ceo, than ramping harshly (before a sudden fund raise, for example....)

I believe all of us should turn our back to the stock exchanges including PAT from now on, trying to concentrate on Christmas, and then in the new year get back.

Nothing to do here, neither doing any transaction, nor making any decision. The process will continue on its course.

Deck, with dec 05 ex div day, they have paid out about half of their market cap. Payment day on dec 20.. just an example.

IDA paid out recently.the bulk.of their award.

If I am right, its not an appealing, but an annulment request, in which case serius flaws must be proven in connection with the arbitration process, such as lack of independence and impartiality of the arbitrators, etc. The chance of a succesful annulment request is rather low.

(For educational purposes it ls well worth reading the annulment request documents of Gabriel Resources, where several such problems has been highlighted.)

Guess thats why the wide spread. 8 / 10...
