Getting a litigation finance firm might take 6-12 month thats right. I cannot assess whether the case is inambigous or hard to puzzle out...

So if an early settlement came, even a percent of the sum you mentioned would mean a few time multiple. In case an arbitration starts, and they seek a litigation finance firm, like Burford or LCM, it takes time, but may happen in the course of 2025. Regarding the low sp, may worth the risk to start investing, not to miss the possible first scenario, then buying more into news after financing seems secured.

Hi, I am completely new here. Had some other stocls related to arbitrations, but have just recently heard of EML from Marcin Michalek on X, who followed GREENX very tightly, and had deep knowledge of that.

Could anyone of you share any article with me, which you consider as informative, but brief at the same time? Where are we with EML, what do we expect as best or worst scenario, in what timeframe, etc .

Let me recommend Marcin Michalek on X, he quite thoroghly went through the scenarios of the annulment procedure, and connected questions.

You are right Closer to the finish line, already priced in the bulk of any potential, whats more, if too much is priced in, and any unexpected occurs, its far more risky, then at the starting point, where th SP is still practically close to zero. I also prefer PAT as the next great story. Of course we dont need others, to have thats sp skyrocket, only the expected news.

Hope Greenx case will be solved sooner than the end of set aside procedure.

As I read today: 6 % to man, 3 % to lawyers, up to now 11m × 5 times to LCM, and from 2025 jan. 01. 30 % percent interests on the 11 m (the actual outstanding funding). The latter is not that much, the 6 % on 250 m is far more rhen 30 % on 11 m. I dont know how long does it take to get to the end of a set aside procedure, but motivation to an early agrrement but with a huge dicount is not that high I think. With some moderate discount it might be. Maybe the annulment process doesnt need that high additional cost and thus financing (multiples by 5 would be the real cost for them due to LCM)

Taxation issue is difficult, as I know the firm is dealing with specialists on that. Wecome if anyone has any idea on that.

Yes, agree. I found The Allenby Capitals short analyses as quite convincing. I am sure the firework will be set on, as they officially reveal the exact sum of their claim.

Right, similarly to Burford, beside long term holding with a definitiive price target, or just as a good comapny with great long term perspectives, LCM seems also suitable for trading a bit, moving suddenly and frequently 10-20 %.

Although I have recently investested into LCM, I bought also PAT, which is my conviction trade, at least within thats category, when I am curious and asked about the expected procedure I had my Greenx hat on. With the wide spread and low volume I didnt like that at first, but I found that In Warshaw it is friendlier. And according to the news Ive come across, the government will pay with a high chance. My dilemma was just how I should allocate betweem the two latter (PAT, GRX).

Maybe the deadline was months from judgment.(?)
