He must have been wrong in that . Greenx mark cap has not reach the 20 % of their claim yet, even after the decision. But they are at a bit less then 50 % of their award .

This auction is a huge own goal. Indians loosing rhe chamce for arguments that in other cases could have been useful for them, even if they are false.

I am permanently searching for arbitration casesN those where we can buy into through single stocks. Theese cases could last years, and the endgame is always dubious. I wonder if you could recommend me a few looking for. (I know about Venezuelan miners and Citgo auction, IND and MON against Tanzania, just watched Greenx as they has won against Poland a huge, and initisted a new brt on PAT against India, altough the latter is just somewhrre in the opening phase. What else do you know about especially with stronger litigation background? ) thanks!
