Well, I would be, will be more cautious due to that. But from the time I had another one pick, which went 5 then 10 then 20 fold, and around at those levels I managed to take profit, dont think these expectstions as overly exegarated.

Whats more, most cases I ask questions more frequently than post my own expectations.

Hi, I am not pushing anyone....:-) almost 50 years old, spent more than 20 years in a bank, dealing with investments and wealthy customers. I.really find it a rather ridiculous thought to think that posting this or that on chat boards may have any meaningful, whats more any effect on prices of shares. What I do is collecting ideas and info, for which I am greatful for others, and share my own thoughts , as I honestly think it may prove to be useful for others. I have never told anyone to buy or sell on any board. Br

Aside from any settlement or permission from the gov, a possible great news here woukd be that lit finance thing, as you said, for their DD, and risk taking. A great lawyer in itself might be beneficial, but in itself not reassuring as they dont take real risk other than reputational. For a litigation financier it could take a longer time to have a decision.

(I am not sure any conclusion can be drawn, but as if a tightening wedge can be seen on the chart. I have only investing.com not reuters or bloomberg. Know we are waiting for news, but to my surprise some basic chartish patterns worked on tiny illiquid shares during certain periods)

From our perspecive its not so bad, it is well worth to search after them, and in different part of the cases (as someone on other board said) lifecycle, different sort of opportunities arise. Different risks, timeframe, background, and possiible profit

AJ27 , I recommend you to starting to get familiar with arbitration cases. With a good timing and a bit patience and luck, you may earn far more then with these mine stocks. There are many interesting stories a few of them has recently concluded, you may fins some in the best phase to take part

Well as the SP sits as it was a few weeks before, nobody should have been burnt that much.

What if the tax theme is so imminent , and sure that they felt its better to have such a new position in the company all of a sudden, at such a beneficial price, and with that magnitude, that wouldnt have been possible to reach on open market with the usual low volume.

With these arbitrattions, the potential of an annulment or set aside procedure is always an interesting and relevant theme.

Just read a few paragraph and posts about GBU, worth following. Somehow this is the first time I feel the company's objections regarding the arbitrators impartiality and indepemdence are well based (which is not the case with Greemx and Poland) , thus give a little more chance of a succesful set aside procedure .)

In the meantime, YPF 's market cap is above 17.5 bn USD....

MON s position benefitted from the to other similar firms (WIN, IND), with quite similar or identical legal situation. That may be the reason Tanzania didnt want to make the case lenghty, in vain.

So with these arbitration stories, after WIN, IND, as ecpected MON get to the finish line. Although GREENX settlement postponed, they do have a chance to settle with Poland earlier then the end of an annulment procedure.

Those seeking new simliar cases will en up here, I guess, sooner or later.
