Do I understand correctly: the ammount of a potential tax deal is cc 38 m gbp, so if the 20-30-50 % of it would be paid, that would equal or exceed the current markrt cap? Minus the asset that is the object of the deal besides the tax loss.

Thats the case if the deal become real, signed and payed.

I checked the SP history again, and looked after what caused the spike in 2020 october to 30 p.

I found that getting Bido licence might have been the reeason.

Could you tell what infuence that may have on present price?

I fully concentrate on the LCM funded litigation, but know alnost nothing on what else valuable the company have.

As if someone of you mentiioned that there is a chance of a spin off. Any thought on that matter?

Thats why, maybe it is totally indifferent, as the ownership is 100 % I guess in both. Perhaps some question may arise with taxation or other details,l that kay infuence ultimate net payment, but I know the endgame is far far away, the case has just started, more or less. Br
