New here, thanks to Gal I heard of MKA, and just got into.

My usual question: altough I see that you are familiar with all the nuances here, all the scenarios and risks and potential, discuss it in a rather sophisticated way in details, it would be useful for me to have an article, analyses, somethimg to gain some big picture here

I would appreciate if you could link or recomennd me anything as a starting point.

Gal, may I ask you to copy here the back of the envelope calculations you wrote about the potential value of the Bukhla projekt? I mead thoae based on geologocal data.

I plan to copy.paste that to an other board, gold mining project in Nicaragua, many of rhe posters dived deep onto thia sort of knowledge.

As a buyout or kergeris concluding there these days, maybe some of them say any new idea to invest is welcome.

Many of you are quite experienced in gold mining math, and can asses and calculate aprox. values based on some metrics .

I plan to search on the data if the Bukhla gold project in India, where an exploration company I am interested in suffered an expropriation like decision. They initiated an arbitration and the SOC is expected in a few month. Their claim might be somewhere between 750m-2 bn usd . Are backed by a litigation financier, with an outstanding track record, and famous mining aw firm (won 15 times the mining law firm of the year).

On the other board there are some really clever guy, will copy their calculations, if any of you have the mood or capacity please check it.

Many times happened that somehow I heard about a share or a story, learned a lot from others who as i found out had been there for years.... and in not time, the micacle happened...:-)

Maybe with proper conditions, something like that could go through... would be the best case for current sharholders.

Their first few small buys could only be executed at lower prices to reach a significant part, or chunk inevitably their marginal cost of buying woukd rise, as there must be many shareholder only want to get rod of their holdings at kuch higher prices. So in zheory you seem to be right, problem it cannot be achieved in practise .

I dont know whether belonging to the fonancier or the law firm and owning shares is complying with the relevant rules, or not. If the latter is the case I would definetaly buy some :-)
