I am always astonished by the hyper short timeframe many small investor (as me) can think, or expect permanent affirmation, news, sp movements.

I guess most of you work or worked earlier in a company, a firm, that deals with whatever in any industry.

When there are real management real staff workers, they are doing their job, developing or operating the daily business.... can news expectes always day by day, week after week? Where does this impatience come from?

I think there is a probability of an early settlement here. Currently I dont hold stocks but plan to come back later. Obviously I have the risk to miss ny early settlement.

Quoting PAT timelinne is maybe not the best, or would say optimistic. Their tribinal chief is a scholar, well known of his view on hating drag cases too long,, being an advocate for less burocracy and more efficiancy.

Other idea here is that for experience sp rise you dont need to wait till decision on award or settlement. As the case goes through its "lifecycle" differejt sort of investors may come with expectstions on chances and probabilities, thus perceived fair valuations, the sp will probably rise but in a volatile way between sleepy periods.

Maybe I missed something but I knew we only get info in Nasdaq listing towards end of this year, and actual move will only come early next year. Thats why I was thinking a lot about potentially being late to the US REE craze, or not, but eventually a solid and sound growth business what I am here for not a supervolatile baseless hype period.
