AIM thrives on people being dazzled by the prospect of imminent riches and massive multiples of an initial investment being moments away. Pushing that is an army of 'knowledgeable' people who will kid you they are already invested and the company in question is on the cusp of stellar success. Within that are others who are either massive suckers for the hype or long term devious types who repeat the patently hollow promises of success. It's usually impossible to distinguish one from the other - perhaps PM2022 could take a long hard look and come clean on his real position?
The best way is first and foremost to put in no more than one can afford to lose - so obvious, and yet so easy to overlook if you think you have somehow stumbled on the Holy Grail ahead of everyone else. Don't blame yourselves - it's human nature. But as a one-off example, when you have people trying to sing the praises of a compound that had a very mild effect in a very very small number of patients, and has since had absolutely no commercial or institutional interest in almost 5 years, just sit back and consider whether the praise singers are genuine, or are just trying to sucker in the well meaning innocents for their own financial gain. And that's just 201.
Apply the same template to the rest of this show. It doesn't look promising in the slightest. In fact quite the opposite in my opinion and experience. Remember John Gilchrist, and if you don't remember him, then ask. It could save you a lot more than mere money.
