RE: Penny-pinching or personal?12 Apr 2025 18:07
'The opinions of those not invested are irrelevant' - You really think so? That's people like me with spare cash to invest whonwatch amd research long and hard, listen to the invested, then read the RNSs and see that the ones already invested have either not read, misinterpreted or ignored the wording in the RNSs, and then sat back and had a good objective look at the company. What do I (and other not invested people see? A fantastic series of placings, taken to extremes before 125:1 consolidations (3 times so far!) and every time there's a placing or some hopeful LOI gets binned there's always a little carrot on a stick to drag a few more in. Black Cat - 5 million quid being sought. Remember that one? 201 massive deal imminent - 60 million in the Cayman Islands just waiting for a signature and away we go. Saturday amd George, a brilliant team. Oh hang on, they're rubbish, get Dilly in, she k own what she's doing. Get rid of Dilly, she's clueless, get some other white knight in, he's great. And all the while the wonderful compounds recovered from the bins at the back of Astra Zeneca become even older and more useless. An anti-psychotic drug? It'll cure cancer, surely. 201, 301, 401, all just rotting because.....they're useless. Peer reviews? No, just the sound of tumbleweed. Or was it the sound of people's wallets emptying down the drain?
That's why I didn't invest here, the smoke isn't that thick and the mirrors don't reflect well. I'd hate to see another John Gilchrist episode, that's why I tend to post here now. And if mine and Porky's (and others') posts are really incorrect, surely the Hampstead.woild have actual facts and data to debate on a sensible level. But that always seems lacking. I wonder why...?
