Re the last RNS24 Jun 2025 15:12
It turns out admin removed a thread for reasons not connected with my post, so away from the bickering I would suggest anyone serious about looking at Val have a read of the Ambrose-related recent RNS -
It's worth reading this paragraph carefully - 'The initial £6 million milestones are payable in cash or the equivalent value in new ordinary shares in Ambrose with the issue price determined by the latest issue of shares in Ambrose, at the discretion of Ambrose. Payment of milestones in cash is subject to Ambrose raising capital in due course.'
Obviously there is no milestone at the start of this journey, so no money until some form of clinical or commercial action, and clinical will no doubt precede anything commercial - a realistic number of patients in trial in a clinic with more credibility than one in Tblisi would be a start - and it then says that Ambrose haven't raised any cash yet, so can pay in shares at their discretion (Val would have no say in whether they got crisp tenners or soggy confetti) and what use would shares be in a company that can't raise cash?
Still no investment case here imo, but happy to watch. There looks to be a large gap between the present moment and any event that might deliver funding, and even then it might just be a bunch of shares of dubious value.
If money had been paid or was imminent and certain I'm pretty sure the RNS would have stated it loud and clear. The fact it didn't give any actual timeline I find concerning.
