Why would you apply to trial a drug if you knew you wouldn't be running the trial? If a takeover was imminent, surely the new buyer would want control over the design and details of the trial and apply for a CTA on their terms? I agree that the longer we go without news it indicate that we are in negotiations but as soon as we get the CTA RNS and subsequent company update via Investor Meet it will indicate that we are going to trial and on licence which will put a nail in the TO coffin. I feel the SAR investors are their own worst enemy sometimes. The CTA announcement should be good news, it indicates the next steps in the company development . It should create some activity in the market and put some extra value on the market cap. Problem is, anything less than a TO will be seen as an anti-climax and we will see sells rather than buys. AIM is fickle and everyone wants to get rich quick. Sareum have been the slowest get rich quick scheme ever.

Based on the sentiment here. I predict the SP will fall when the CTA is announced because it will signal that a takeover isn't imminent. However, I am more than happy to be proved completely and utterly wrong about this.

I was just going yo say, I wonder if there will be a raid on stop losses this morning. Seems to be a pattern emerging. As for an imminent deal, who knows but personally, I don't think we are ready for the big bucks yet.

Every valuation and prediction on here is made up and they all come with caveats. If and it's a big if, the compounds sail through P1 and start to show efficacy in P2 trials, then Sareums value will be a billion or more. Mainly because a valuation after a successful p3 could be 5 times that. There are some great researchers on here, some have opinions on that research, some just present it to the board. I don't pretend to understand the science but it's easy to look up similar deals for similar compounds in similar markets. If our science is good, why wouldn't we get the same valuations? The key to these big valuations is time. We have to wait until the data is too compelling fir a big pharma to ignore.

I was £250k up here last summer on an 18k investment . Like I said, I believe that Sareum is heading for a 2 billion valuation, so a £30 SP. If all goes OK, we just need to be patient I'll rest easy once P1 is complete.

That's some resolve you have there, Matty! Not sure I could've held when faced with that sort of profit. I still think Sareum are heading for a 2 billion valuation but unless we get there in a stsght line, I suspect ll be out way before then.

Erm, we don't know what indications we will trial in and realistically, I don't think we will find out until after a P1 and or a licence deal is announced. If we do go for a P1a as the board indicated and it shows a good immune response then we could see a 10 out of 10 mice type scenario but for autoimmune conditions. The CTA is a very good step in the right direction.

Can't see the article because of the pay wall but AIM has been on its knees for a few years. There was a bit of a resurgence during the pandemic with new investors entering the market during lockdown but that has largely gone back to normal. The science is done now. It is now time do business. Get all compounds into trails a couple of license deals and we can sit back to wait for results. Its been a long time coming but I believe we aren't far from the point where we will see LTH investors start to sell.

There will only be one winner and that is pharma. I'm 52 and I roll probably (hopefully) see the aftermath of Covid when I hit my 70's. I wonder what life expectancy will look like in 20 or 30 years time? I'm sure if TYK2 can help with the latest varients, but any drug that can help is going to be massive.

HBD - excess deaths not from Covid are already rising. Some of it is probably because people couldn't see their doctors during the pandemic But it's across all illnesses, not just cancer etc. I've just had a second bout of Covid and it was a breeze, hardly noticed but people I was with who caught it at the same time have been floored by it and a couple of them are still ill 10 days later.

PH aren't working for the already invested. They are going for the new investors. If you are a client of PH and PH are telling you there is a potential 60% uplift. You will take notice or why be a client of them in the first place.

Billy - CHK1 trial started May 2016, we got a licencing deal in Sept 2016 but I don't think we ever got a P1 trial ended RNS. Sierra was presenting data from the trial as early as Oct, I think. If the trial starts before Sept\Oct we might get a data readout this year. We might also get a licence this year.

There was nothing tangible they could say in the last RNS. They don't know anything! But when filing the CTA, they could state that it is a P1a and although safety is the primary endpoint the secondary endpoint is to monitor certain bio immune responses. The healthy patients in P1 will still have an immune response and the P1a can capture that data. That is tangble news that the market will want to hear.

My opinion is the board want to see the SP higher than it is now. Possibly as high as £5 so all investors are in profit. The HNWI were probably given assurances at the time of investing. So with this in mind, they will use anything tangible to create a buzz. The CTA, although a known is something the can realease to the market and because it is a P1a they are going for, then we will get some data on potential efficacy in a short period. If positive and shows safe and the right immune response. That will blow the doors off.
