There is approx £280 million in milestones. A deal would have to Crystalise these milestones and compensate for the loss of (potential) royalties. So say a figure of £500 million was offered. That would be £137 million to Sareum. it's all guesswork but It might be worth it, especially if combo trials went well. The compound could be worth £2 billion or more in a relatively short period of time. I don't have to say what an influx of £137 million would do for Sareum. Cash-rich, enough to see through all trials, if needed. IMO, we'd be looking at £10 a share whilst we await trials to run. If I were Walmsey, i'd be considering the above.
