Whether the note is aimed at PI's or II's, we will see some movement. 3 quid should be the minimum we sit at anyway.

We will never know and have nowhere to go to ask. As Billy says. GSK will give a scheduled pipeline update in July\Aug. SAR737 is part of the pipeline (we hope) so we might get something in that.

My assertion is that there are a lot of new investors here and some medium-term investors who think we had a licence deal with Sierra, we don't. Our 'deal' was with the CRT and was a financial and development partnership. CRT then licenced the compound to Sierra. The terms of our deal will not figure in the terms of the licence deal with Sierra (now GSK). they are two separate deals. It isn't worth spending any time thinking about. We are at the mercy of GSK, just like were with Sierra.

GF - Tim has stated on numerous occasions that they get the update at the same time as the market. It doesn't matter what we think should happen. Tim has told us what does happen.

I guess when this happens then we will get the nod to release an RNS? It's kind of like how we used to browse through Sierra's 10k filing to see if they had made a commitment to 737. It's not great but it is what it is. A weird situation where I don't think 737 is priced into the SP if good news but we would definitely take a hit on bad news.

Hi Krone. Apologies, My comment wasn't aimed at you but there are defo some here who don't understand. We will probably never know what is in our contract with the ICR. I guess it will be something along the lines of any other technical resource you buy-in. ICR will own the rights and the IP, If they decided to sell. I don't think we would even get a say. It is what it is and we will just have to wait.

There was lots of focus on Sierra for not developing 737 but CRT and Sixth Element brokered the deal. They will have the answers and will possibly know what GSK plan to do with the compound. I feel there are some here who still don't understand what involvement Sareum had in developing SRA737. We are a bystander with a financial interest in the compound, that's it. The Sareum board will have to wait for RNS, just like we do.

Yep, they've been tasked with bringing Investors on board. That's what they do.

We know the science looks good and we have to trust it is good but I'm looking a deals size research from now on. This news of a 1.2 billion dollar for a phase 1 asset is a good example of the sort of deal we should be looking at. Even better, we have two compound to sell.

Hi NDR. Yes, We do all agree there is value in 737. How much is the question and at what risk? Science says there is potential but Pharma is business and for me, something doesn't add. There were 6 parties involved in the negotiation to buy Sierra, 6! but yet 1.9 billion was the highest bid. Those interested parties obviously didn't see a dead cert blockbuster or that number would have been much higher. If SRA737 was a dead-cert blockbuster. Dilly would have held out for much more. Follow the money. Anyone who has worked in sales will get this. SRA737 is an opportunity that has the potential to be a big sale. However, the sales guys know that there is a **** load of presales to do to get it over the line with no guarantee of a win so they keep it in hand. This makes their pipeline look healthy, the sales director can present a healthy-looking pipeline to the board and everyone is happy. Sooner or later, someone will have to commit to the project and throw some resources and cash at it. Hopefully, GSK will do that or licence it to someone who can or will.

I'm passed the science now. The board need to commercialise our assets. 18 months should see all compounds in trials. Then we can sell or sit back and wait for the results.

I'm in agreement with RMM and he presents the arguments much better than I ever do. I did say back in April that the GSK deal would give us more of the same in regards to waiting for them to develop SRA737. I still think and hope they will onlicence it or even sell it.

Maf. It isn't Sareums compound. As warthog says, it was just a note. I'm not negative about this at all. Whatever happens, we should now get some clarity on SRA737 and I'm happy to wait for that. It would be nice if the ICR would make a comment twitter.. I don't think they have publicly commented on it for a few years.

I'm not complaining about the dull RNS. I think they did it to appease the shareholders but it wasn't needed, it feels desperate. Concentrate on the CTA for 1801 and SRA737 will sort itself out.

There is approx £280 million in milestones. A deal would have to Crystalise these milestones and compensate for the loss of (potential) royalties. So say a figure of £500 million was offered. That would be £137 million to Sareum. it's all guesswork but It might be worth it, especially if combo trials went well. The compound could be worth £2 billion or more in a relatively short period of time. I don't have to say what an influx of £137 million would do for Sareum. Cash-rich, enough to see through all trials, if needed. IMO, we'd be looking at £10 a share whilst we await trials to run. If I were Walmsey, i'd be considering the above.

It's like i said the other day. Until GSK acknowledge SRA737 and indicate the next steps. All Sareum can say is a company bought a company and we have a financial interest in one of the compounds. It was a waisted RNS, IMO. We need the split to happen then we will have to wait for the next trading update to see if SRA737 is in there. I think a clue to the future roadmap will be if they change the name of the compound to GSKsomethingorother.
