Hey, your right, let’s face it penny shares are highly volatile and there are plenty on the AIM that are at stupid values with next to nothing behind them and rally on any P&D trading groups get behind, we see it all the time don’t we.
And yes, this one could trickle south, burn all the cash over the next year and be back again for more cash, yep, it’s a risk, I get it, seen that before also.then again we have all see the odd freak penny share that has gone 3p to £12, it happens.
However, what I would say is that despite the journey and dilution to get here, they finally, finally now have two world class products, totally unique game changers that are fully validated for not just for the NHS but the massive USA health markets and rest of the world.
So they are packaged now with a nice big pink bow on the box to be either taken out by a large scale pharma group already in the worldwide manufacturing, distribution and supply chains in the sector to add these two world beaters to their product stable or they go the harder route and start picking off major contracts. They have the market to themselves!
Either way, EV at close on Friday was £10m before cash. It was 10 times that a short while back before they had anything like the approved solutions they now have. I think some don’t see the significance yet of what they have. We are talking world class but moreover VALIDATED, this is no longer an idea, a possibility, it’s here and they are the only ones that have it.
An investment at this level, yep risks are there but sub 10p looks like a gift to me, not saying stick your house on it in these god dam awful market conditions but on balance looks better than most bets and it only takes one decent contract, third party licensed arrangement or someone comes to the table to acquire and anything sub 10p will be long gone. On balance worth squirrelling a few away imo.
Good luck
