Yes, I don’t doubt the lab MIGHT be able to work quicker on evaluations than if they were outsourced to other labs, depends on the manpower available as it’s all labour intensive work. The issue is how you pay for it. If you can get the lab to pay for itself with commercial work and use the unused capacity left on own evaluations fine but that’s not what’s happening, they keep spend spend spending and the cash burn is worse than ever. I await any plan from Adrian to outline getting the lab to break even, let alone profitability.

Also, I thought Cathy was already on the board as CSO, hope this doesn’t mean they have done this to switch roles with Suzy on the same pay, so the status quo remains,

Something is only worth what someone will pay you. Ambrose is a start up, its a phoenix business out of a previous liquidation. Nothing wrong with that but it has limited funds hence why the original agreement was settled by a token number of shares, not cash. It needs to complete a raise to fund dev work, hopefully they can secure some but it wont be in a position to make meaningful payments to VAL, certainly not in the short term and certainly not before VAL is out of cash runway. I can't really be much clearer than that.

Appreciate though that you want to ramp the SP to try and get out on a spike. But you would be better off supporting Adrian's raise frankly. Nobody is going to want to buy at this price knowing a discounted placing is due are they.

So you are also @jasonPugh @David Boomtime and @Freddlebuy here, how absolutely ridiculous using three different names to ramp a stock. How desperate is that.

Massive jump between forming a scientific board, progressing development of 401. And then going on to actually raising capital for early stage trials of 401. Jeeze it’s unlikely to deliver anything this year that’s for sure, certainly not before cash runs out here thats a certainty.

Gawd,,, don’t concern about the CFO at some US Listed business, it’s a new CFO we need here at Valirx, one with their eye on the ball supporting revenue generation.

If you want to support this business, save your money and providing Adrian puts forward a compelling business plan, that’s viable, give him your backing and support the end of September placing.

£1.5m Placing at 1p inbound end of September IMO - watch this space.

Imo he won’t secure a decent CEO to take this business forward unless they have a clear 12 month cash runway ahead of them but I think the guy could turn this around with the right plan and backing - will know soon enough.

As for THX, IMO well overdue to cut losses with this outfit, VALs continued association has become toxic IMO and causes more ongoing damage than its worth.

Oh gawd yeah, well, well over priced, true EV is about 1.4p/1.5p tops, raise at 1p inbound IMO but that never stops your traders picking off small margins at any level, inflated or not.

Mind you, if Adrian can get this right and sort the team, come September we could be looking at a materially better investment proposition - time will tell

Yes short term SP pressure but the Swamp has to be drained end of, doing the same thing and expecting a different outcome is madness, today Adrian has gone up in my estimation frankly. Its commercially the right decision as far as i'm concerned. 10/10

Well today you can get 9/2 if you back M Bappe for Golden Boot, or 11/2 for Harry Kane. Lets think about that:-

£2k on Bappe, IF he get Golden Boot that's £9k plus money back = £11k - Nice ROI

£2k on VAL at 2.8p so lets call that 71,400 shares - so to get the same return as M Bappe the VAL share price would need to rally to 15.5p - Highly unlikely.

Downside: Bappe might not get Golden Boot - Money lost & VAL might not get placing support with Kevin and Suzy still there and its Administration - Money lost.

On balance the M Bappe bet looks the better option :)

Of course if you are a real gambler, you could go £2k on the Bappe bet and IF win, roll £2k of the £11k profit to support the likely placing in August/September at 1p and pick up 200,000 shares, that way you are in for free. The rest of the profit stick half of it in Gold or a Higher Interest account at 5% and the other half in better stocks.
