Stocks don't climb higher in straight lines. Still believe this is a mirror of the August 20 bull run and we are about to move materially north shortly. I stand by that Call.

Well without stating the obvious, if we can get an update out of 4D ideally Monday open but next week would be just fine, we will see a material step change north in the SP.

Would take any one of the five updates frankly, Asthma trials data would do for me, the result would be a mark up and forcing shorts to close. That’s what we need

Shorter‘s are having a field day during this news lull and scaring some retail into selling. I’m still adding. I remain convinced and confident that 4D will update and deliver as agreed. If they don’t, different story but for now benefit of the doubt

Incidentally 4D have today confirmed via Investor relations that they are on course to update as outlined. As such I continue to support

Honestly, I can’t believe some of the utter pap I’m reading on this board tonight. Let’s burn some myths shall we.

1. What investment choices I make are my business and are my own, I do my own research as best I can, and I suggest everyone else does the same.

2. I closed my position in Novacyt at a LOSS. The CEO was ultimately sacked but had allegedly been conservative with the facts to secure his bonus, a major legal challenged was started by their main supplier and shorter’s took hold as a result. I didn’t see that coming.

3. Regarding VAL, had the deal been completed with a blue chip such as AZN or at the very least had a cash upfront of north of £10m to eliminate them being bootstrap, I would still be invested and NOT de-risked from 1.8m shares to 500k of shares.

Further, I still don’t know if the start up is something the directors are behind to move the IP stateside. Eitherway, it wasn’t the outcome I personally wanted so de-risked. If after the Q&A circumstances are different, I may yet increase. But again, that’s my business. I don’t invest blind.

4. If you are going to invest in penny stocks on the AIM, they a HIGH Risk/ Reward play and come with share price volatility, they can take time to come good, you need to be patience, but you should know that already.

5. With regards to 4D Pharma my call is its represents a cracking good risk/reward ratio at this level based on the information available at the moment. A number of data updates are due, and I believe that could act as a catalyst for a step change in the share price from here.

So do your own research, make your own decisions. Forget what other individuals are doing research properly and decide what is right for you, not anyone else. What I do as i say, is my business.

Investing in a company is NOT a quick get rich quick scheme. If you want a guaranteed investment stick to the building society , if you want a lower risk buy shares in a managed fund or index tracker. Don't go for a highly volatile penny share like this one and always do you own research.

You say you brought stock at 90p here and then sold at 78p. Absolutely bloody ridiculous, the placing here was previously at £1.10 you need to give it chance, at 90p you were still buying at almost 20% discount to the placing. If you cant afford to risk the capital or cant afford to lock away for a long term period don't invest in stocks and certainly NOT penny shares which are the highest risk/reward out there, unless you want to gamble on crypto.

I wish you well for the future but research before you buy anything in future and be prepared to give it time.

MMs have played this stock incredibly well, Retail are proven time and time again to be impatient proven tried and tested method to transfer stock from weak retail to the hands of II - A job well done.
I'm still expecting a TR1 on this anytime soon but that could give the game away..... time will tell

The way i see it they have five key pieces of data due to present. Now i appreciate that even when they get the data it needs to be put into a format that the retail investor can understand so its not an overnight quick fix

Meanwhile, RI want news quick, they have little patience and the MMs really play on that. Once the first update is out and i suspect Asthma trial data most likely as it's imminent, i believe that will immediately push us over the MA200 line at 96p but whilst we are waiting the MM's will manipulate and shake stock out of weak hands. That's how the game is played.

Anyhow, every day is a day closer. I just continue to build and wait as wait does....

Jeffries Conference to the II audience starts today where they present the advances in this sector, this should attract fund interest next week.

Appreciate up to five lots of data sets are due shortly and retail want quick results but patience is required it will come,

A sharp move north is inbound getting ahead of the crowd is what is important in investing, I still maintain material uplift here towards the £1,80 line by first week of December.

Sentiment here on the news and coverage was off the scale, I have never seen so many posts on all the boards and in the news, paper comments sections and people coming out the woodwork to take a punt on this stock without doing any research whatsoever.

But let’s be under no illusions here, we don’t know what PHE are going to earn from HUI on this deal there hasn’t been one recycling plant built yet before dreams of them being all over the world. Heck there is no proven model yet. No physical investment from Poland yet either only early talks.

At 25p that would put this business at close to a billion valuation. Can a business with zero revenue be worth a billion pounds? Maybe it can, this is the casino that is AIM and sentiment beats fundamentals every time as I see it of late.

However, at 5.6p its market cap is 217m that’s still hefty for a business with zero revenue. This stock is not cheap despite the SP looking at first glace like it is, there is a lot of stock in issue. Further, as its stands because there are no known details regarding what the potential value is to PHE and what shareholders might see, nobody knows how good the deal is, its total blind faith IMO.

So, as I see it until that information is known this is not an investment, it’s a gamble a pure punt. Hey, WTFDIK, this could be the next big thing but for funds and big money to follow they need more than just market hype.

Is it worth a punt, no idea, odds might be slightly better than red or black on roulette? Pay your money take your chances

Jefferies Conference on Thursday and Friday this week presenting to a predominantly Institutional Investor audience.

Should new data be presented, that we are not already aware of, which i believe is highly likely, then the update to the shareholder community would need to be by RNS prior to the event starting. So that only gives us tomorrow, Wednesday or Thursday 7.00 at the latest.

You are very right of course but some things could be outside of Suzy's control. As its a start up and not an already established biotech we have obviously associated risk should that new business not secure the capital it needs and we catch a cold as a result. That is all but otherwise i agree with your stance. it's the old risk/reward ratio.

I value and appreciate your detailed reply, thank you. I'm not a massive fan of zoom myself especially as its being syndicated. The meet the company would have been a better format imo but it will be interesting how many possible HNW will want their mug shots published on the internet.
Anyhow, it's certainly a good opportunity for Suzy to cover off and provide the clarity. I hope she is able to do so,

Unfortunately, i do not have access to a decent quality shorting application tool, so i can't know for sure exactly what shorts are active here and my understanding is if its less than .50 most tools don't pick it up anyway.

From what i could see it looked like Worldquant were still pecking at this at .8 other sites were reporting them as .56, Millenium closed their position, Qube still have .48 and i'm not sure about Voleon are doing.

These short positions are driven on the French side. I have long suspected but could be a total conspiracy theory that ODDO bleed information to connected parties and shorts suddenly show up. I would like to see this outfit sacked as soon as possible they have done nothing to support this business anyway as far as i'm concerned what so ever and they still get fees, anyhow i digress.

I am still scratching my head months on questioning why the share price is still as low as it is. We know about the dispute, gawd it's been done to death and more than factored it and some. In fact, write the entire fcking revenue off as a total refund and i still cant get anywhere this low, its bloody crazy.

At some point the share price has to bounce back, the good news is any short positions will have to be brought back and maybe that catalyst will be the dispute resolution, who knows.

You know you see some crazy valuations in this market, stocks going up on total fresh air but fundamentally Novacyt has so much going for it. Frustrating for now but its day will soon come.
