Manufacturing PMI dipped slightly...... I'm not convinced an Aug interest rise is nailed on yet (although I'll probably concede it's slightly more likely)

yikes this is starting to show some real life again! Guess it must have been a slow burn reaction to the trading update, unless anyone has any insider knowledge (AWPR good news ?)

Hey redroy nice to see some good technical analysis ;).... I think in fairness to DKL the nursery plants sold are the modern hybrid versions so should help buffer climate issues down the line (Hopefully not too long). Regarding directly managing the small holders, I'm not sure it's feasible as I expect there are too many to manage. Also as their plants will most likely be older non hybrid variants, my guess is mitigation against climate would have minimal impact, especially as we now currently believe it to be a cyclic fruit issue. In short I agree with most of what you're saying where it's feasible, but I think the biggest impactor will be modern hybrid plants which is what they are doing anyway.

Looks like they are looking keener and keener for the cashew deal. The fundamentals of the prospect look good to me, from what I've seen in the press for cashew processing in IC. Anyone got any comments about the appointments RNS?

Guys I'm well up for a share buy back and dividends when the time is right.... right now just can't be seen as the right time for it, as productions looking like a struggle..... when we start seeing record annual output, and there's excess profits yeah Defo

LoL photo. Regarding the votes, if you can't see them in corporate actions (I've never seen any AGM votes yet on any of my shares), my advise would be call the broker and ask them to do a proxy vote on your behalf.

I'm almost tempted to buy some shares just to partake in the vote lol...........wonder who forwarded the motion? One of the Chinese investors?

TLW in my mind is the last set of Q4 results rather than a year ago, where the SP saw a rise the day before the results and then imploded on results day (off the back of non surprising results I might add)......hopefully with Gav gone, the sentiment has changed and we get a follow on rise on delivery of results this time!

PS FWIW ive got what i deem a reasonably sizable holding here, normally I don't like being reactionary as you tend to miss the boat.... but for me, here, I will consider topping up but only a) if it's a low price compared to my average and b) if the prod figures start to show a turn around..... essentially, as I'm already thigh deep, I'm holding off until Q3's, if they look good and SP is still low I'll add.

JK simple fact is as long as we see poor quarters the SP will fall, subsequent improved quarters will lift the SP, but only consistent decent quarters will see this rise.... the market priced in a growth stock at 12p+ IMO, any divergence from that will see SP pressure. It's true EBITDA has consistently grown, but that's been against production volatility.... long term with guitry the production should double, hopefully earlier than that the nursery plants should mature and bear fruit also...... who knows what the SP will be by the time all that takes hold, but I do believe the company should be stable even through these tough periods. I do agree with greenfool though, the BOD should have been aware of these cyclic plant risks when planning the company.

If they paid 500 grand in dividends - and then made a placing there would be outrage IMO. They have plenty of cash in the bank, and from what I saw on the reserves in final accounts for 2017-2018 a significant amount of stock in storage (unless they sold it all in Q1 2018, but if they did that should all add to 2018-2019 results). So I "Think" they have enough to tide them over for a rubbish 2018-2019.... feel free to trawl the results and correct me if I'm wrong there as it's only my interpretation of the figures.
