Me either. I read that first thing and wasn't sure what to make of it.

I'm no expert but this is my take FWIW - they want the company wound up and the proceeds returned to shareholders.

At the last look I think the NAV was around 19p. Realising illiquid investments etc. will incur costs but nowhere near the gap between 19p and the current SP 11.50p, so presumably any existing shareholders or anyone buying in now could do quite nicely although it could take some time.

No agenda here as not currently invested, just watching out of interest.

Nothing guaranteed sadly but I hope so. Frankly if it went to 4p I think I'd take the money and run, it's been a horrible rollercoaster ride here; promised a lot but so far delivered very little. As I said, could have been out of this mess if I'd played it a bit (lot) cleverer, but instead stuck here for now needing a minor miracle to simply get my investment back.

I'm also pretty sure this will get diluted an awful lot more and possibly quite soon as HE1's cash burn now must be horrific, and that could really screw us over. Again.

Fingers crossed for some short term success please.

I like reading your posts, they're always um... enthusiastic? Rockets and all.

Just like to say though also worrying for some investors unless they bought in around the 0.2p disaster. Some - like me - still have a hangover from the 10p-11p days and despite best efforts, and some terrible decisions (!), still need about 4p just to break even, let alone make a profit here.

US previous close 2c, today's close 2.5c as far as I can see.

Hopefully some of that will translate to UK SP here on Friday morning.

It seems like a lot of excitement simply because CW spent £8,620 this afternoon. He probably spends more than than that on shoes.

Not so sure.... is that the green shoots of a bounce back I can see?

Maybe back up to 3p+ this afternoon, who knows?

Whatever is going on here it is absolute crap, how the heck is this now sub-3p? Makes no sense, either outstanding permit, dumping of placing shares or market manipulation at work. Or all 3.

I fear nothing much will change until some or all of these get sorted out somehow.

Just when we thought it was going to be "all systems go" we get thrown another fly in the ointment.

I can't help thinking it's mention of this yet-to-be-completed Construction Permit that is holding the SP back or surely we'd be well north of 3p by now?

Will this follow the same pattern as yesterday? Up & down in the morning, then settled for most of the day until late afternoon when it went nuts?
