It seems like forever ago now, but this was stated in July RNS -

"As recently reported, we continue to make progress with the Early Works programme, which started in May 2024. The Early Works are designed to enable the Company to enter into binding definitive agreements with the funding syndicate and drawdown first funds in October 2024, enabling the Major Works to commence thereafter".

So we shouldn't expect to see any funding land here until October, all being well.

So the question is, will a fundraise be required before then?

Quite interesting though as it gives us a clearer picture of their cash position, NAV etc. Better than guessing.

And another buyback announced to try and reduce the discount to NAV. It hasn't worked before so not quite sure why they think it will work a 3rd time, unless they are hoping for 3rd time lucky?

I find it hard to believe this is sub-20p with the drill in the ground. It was higher without drilling commenced.

Hopefully it will climb in anticipation of news flow and possible results. COS seems very good here and relatively few shares in issue, and fully funded for the program outlined in this morning's RNS.

Must be related to IPO as exercised @ 10p a share, but no mention of any Warrant Shares or Rights in any RNS before today.

Wouldn't they have had to make investors aware of any potential dilution from warrant share issues?
