Hey McNol, I think most pi's that bought in a couple of years ago at 10p or more have a pretty low opinion after what has gone on here, even with some serious averaging down I should think many are still underwater and praying for some sort of miracle. I think it will need to be of Biblical proportions.

Big RNS this morning re. Alliance Pharma, good news for APH holders but not sure if it will have an effect on the SP here?

It's hard to tell if this is a decent RNS or just more flannel from Harry the eternal flannelist.

This is the sort of share I've been dreaming of for a few years, one that could reap some serious profit and make up for some dreadful shares I've been in and terrible mistakes I've made.

As per the RNS of 11th December, full integration could be up to 3 months:

The Acquisition is anticipated to complete on 2 January 2025 ("Completion"). Under the Agreement the vendors will use reasonable commercial efforts during the three months following Completion to assist the Company in the continued operation, transition, and integration of the Acquisition.

Plenty to look forward too.

Was just doing some sums to see if I could afford more, and now I can't! It was a fine line....

Buys v Sells, for some reason LSE's algorithm just can't cope! Easy to see the mid-price but LSE showing trades ABOVE the mid-price as sells, makes no sense.

Perhaps you should go boil your sprouts.

Ps. I know GST is a different investment prospect now than when it started, but looking at the chart it has never been higher than 3p as far as I can see.

If it gets above 3p anytime soon - and I think it will - then who knows where it might end up?

Was never invested in ARB but looking at the SP chart, if it tells us anything it's that prices can take off in double-quick time but then - albeit over a longer period - fall all the way back down again.

Well worth remembering and probably a lesson I would have done well to learn early in my investing, as holding for bigger profits ended up costing me lots through dilutions, delays and such.

If you hold for a profit that never materialises then you haven't made a profit, maybe safer to take a reasonable profit when it's available.

I could really do with 10p-13p here and although it looks like it may well get there, it also may not. As we've all seen many times, doesn't take much to send a price crashing and sometimes even seemingly good or great news can send the SP the wrong way, mad but true.

I wish everyone well and big success here including myself, but just wanted to temper that with 'be careful' as nothing guaranteed.

My fears of a pullback earlier today were unfounded, needn't have worried after all!

Can we have more of the same Monday & Tuesday please, then a proper re-rate when the Cake comes out of the oven on 2nd?

Anything near 10p next year would be great, anything over 12p would rectify all the problems I caused myself in the last 2 years!! Any more than that would be a lovely bonus.

Just back from shopping, I see SP did rise again after my 09:49 post when I couldn't get a dummy trade for anything more than 99 shares. I thought it might. Been a similar pattern at times over the last week or two.

Looking forward to great things here soon, and hopefully more to come in 2025. I really could do with a big win here to make up for some terrible errors and a few doses of bad luck.

So it's just another way of LDG 'buying back' shares but at a set price i.e. 19p instead of the open market price?

Surely if they only have £21M for the tender it is likely to be over-subscribed though - many LTH's that have been waiting for a profit plus anyone buying in now at say 15p hoping to make 4p/share?
