Nice RNS this morning, SP seems way under-valued here as NAV currently 26.1p.

It seems nothing they have tried has reduced the discount to NAV, now greater than ever at approx. 40%.

How will the SP ever reflect the true value of the company, or anywhere near it?

Chris Wellesley (NED) sold 2,000,000 shares on 25/04 @ 1.275p/share.

Tone Goh (Exec Chairman) bought 2,919,495 shares on 21/05 at approx. 1.3p/share.

We don't know what eithers personal circumstances might be or what they knew or don't know a month ago, so we will never know why CW sold a chunk of his holding.

We do know that Tone Goh has all the information available right now so for him to dip into his own pocket for £38k wouldn't have been done lightly.

Surely good news and more to come, no?

I honestly didn't think this would bounce, happy to admit I got it wrong.

May not be sustainable though, could well drop back again but hopefully not.

How does repeating an earlier post help?

If the product was so great then why wouldn't a potential customer buy during the FSP?

The SABER tech is still in development and testing, there have been no actual sales for their product either, so not sure where the 'market demand' for a standalone power generator module has come from?

Discussing the SABER tech with potential customers is one thing, sealing the deal and getting the product sold is another.

They already say they only have enough cash to keep the lights on until mid-May so unless they can secure funding or raise cash through placing then it's game over.

Maybe a buyer will appear now the SP has dropped by 65%. Maybe not.

"no realistic prospect of an offer" means no buyer.

If there was 'tremendous demand' there would have been a buyer, surely.

Today's RNS states "the Company has a cash balance of $0.602m as at 25th April 2025".

£450k cash.

HL just dropped the bid to 0.5p, not what we wanted to see.

Maybe we'll see a bounce from here but seems unlikely imo.

You're probably right Broomtree, however the seemingly impressive success in Colorado hasn't had a positive effect on Blue Star's SP on ASX either, when you'd think it would have.

All a bit odd really.

Typical AIM perhaps - good news = no rise or even a drop in SP.

.... but struggling to fully understand what the heck is going on here!

It will be very interesting to see how this all plays out post-tender and all.

I wish you all well, I know it's been a long and unusual story so far.

Blue Star Helium have drilled 4 wells to TD in a little over 2 months, seemingly without any rig or crew issues and with only minor delays for bad weather, and all 4 have free-flowing gas with varying concentrations of helium and CO2 (J-27 tbc).

They also have the Plant Construction Permit approved to enable the construction and eventually tie-in all the gas producing wells for processing and production of helium and CO2.

Seems impressive to me. Seems that HE1 made a good investment here while TZ is in limbo.

What really worries me is that I'm starting to agree with manu17!

The supposed buys @ 1.735 and 1.73556 are definitely sells if that helps.
